This one should be relatively simple. Leggo.

Start with your standard 512x800 blank template background thing.

Go to "add photo" and select the photo you want to use as your background

Enlarge it, then save the photo.

(EXTRA- If you look at my final product, you'll see the background is blurred. To do this, save your image once you've enlarged/positioned it, go to effects, and select "blur." After that, select "motion blur," and you'll be done.)
