Load the template in picsart. You may have to crop it, but the ratio is already correct
Go to "add photo" and select your background image. Set the blend to "screen" and position it. Save.

Nor add your texture and set the blend to overlay. Save.

Go to "effects" and select warm amber. Go to the eraser at the top.
