Iris' P.O.V;

I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock blaring in my ears. This will be the last day i will sleep in this bed for a while since today I will be leaving to Anubis House. 

I took a shower and got ready in this;

I then finished my last minute packing. I took all my bags downstairs and got an apple before, I heard a beep from what I am guessing is the taxi. I threw my apple crust away and got my bags and went outside. 

The taxi driver came and helped me put my bags in. 

I sat in the back and popped some gum in my mouth and looked out the window. The house which has both bad and good memories was fading as we drove off. 

"Where to ma'am?" the taxi driver who I found out was named Richard asked "a place called Anubis house" I answered unsure. "I remember driving a young lady much like yourself to Anubis" Richard said "what was she like?" I asked hoping I would be friends with her when i got there. "She was nice, friendly and american" Richard described "what did she look like?" I asked "long brown hair, middle height and a friendly face" he replied smiling. 

We talked some more about Anubis house and all the history and legends and before I knew it we had reached Anubis house. 

I got out and Richard helped me with my bags.

As Richard drove off, I was still staring at the house "wow" I whispered to myself .

"Need help?" my attention diverted from the house to a dark haired boy who was running towards me. "Yes actually, I am Iris, I am new is this Anubis House?" I asked "yes actually it is" the boy answered "I am Fabian" he introduced himself "nice to meet you" I greeted as we shook hands. 

He kept a hold of my hand as we stared into each others eyes. 

"We should probably go" I said gently pulling my hand away, "yeah we should" he replied.

I was about to get my bag when Fabian's hand stopped mine "let me" he offered "no it's alright but thanks" I dismissed "I insist" he stated as I let go cause I know he will end up winning the argument. 

We reached the door, I opened it and held it for him since his hands were full with my bags. I started looking around, the place looked as ancient as the outside but it also looked familiar but I just cant put my finger on it. 

"Lets introduce you to the rest" Fabian suggested, I jumped, not expecting him to be there, "Sorry" he chuckled "it's fine, I am such a scaredy cat" i admitted. We walked in to what I was guessing was the lounge.

In the Lounge it looked like everyone was there doing whatever, "this is Amber, Nina, Mara, Jerome, Patricia , Joy and Alfie" Fabian introduced while pointing to them as he said their name. 

Everyone stopped doing what they were doing and looked at us. Jerome stood up from his seat and came over to me, he gently grabbed my hand and gently kissed it, "such a gentleman" I teased and he just winked and sat down next to Alfie. 

"Hi, nice to meet you all I am Iris" I said waving to everyone which everyone returned. I looked at Nina, she looked like the person Richard described and she did look really nice and friendly "your staring" Nina mentioned laughing "oh i'm sorry it's just are you American?" I asked. Nina gave me a confused look before smiling and answering "yeah, why" "it's just the taxi driver who drove me here said he drove another girl here and he described you when I asked him what you looked like" I said "is his name Richard by any chance?" Nina asked with a huge grin "yeah" I laughed "oh , he was funny, he had me in fits on the way here" Nina said joining in laughing "same" I agreed. 

"Your not american are you?" Patricia asked "Patricia!" Joy exclaimed "what I was just asking" Patricia defended putting her hands in the air while Joy rolled her eyes. "It's fine and no I'm not" I said "well then I think you and I will be good friends" Patricia replied and I gave her a huge grin. 

"OMG I love your outfit" Amber complimented "thanks, I love yours" I replied smiling "we can share clothes" Amber suggested "who are you rooming with?" she asked "I don't know" i replied. "You have to ask Tru-" Fabian started as he was interrupted by a booming voice yelling "TRUDY!". 

A man who looked in his late 40's or early 50's came in and a woman who looked in her late 30's came rushing in "yes Victor" she said. 

"That's Trudy our house mother she will tell you who you will be rooming with" Fabian whispered in my ear but I was focusing on Victor. That was my uncle, the one who will tell me all the answers to all my questions or at least I hope.

"When my niece get's here, let me know will you, Iris I think her name is" Victor said and at that point I knew everyone was staring at me apart from Trudy and Victor. 

Trudy nodded before looking at me "is that her Victor" Trudy asked pointing at me, Victor turned around "Iris?" he asked "yes" I said, he made a sign with his hand telling me to follow him and then walked out. 

I looked at my fellow House members to see them all staring at me wide eyed and whispering as well. "IRIS" Victor's loud voice boomed, I took one last glance at them then gulped and ran to Victor. 

I followed him to his office where he checked no one was listening, shut and locked the door and closed the blind. He sat down and looked at me. 

"Well Iris..."

Fabian's P.O.V;

As Iris left to Victor's office we were all in shock, she was Victor's niece. 

"Victor's niece" We all said at the same time, this can't be possible when she gives me butterflies.
