Ash walked into the theatre and stopped. Everyone's eyes glued on her "Uhh...hi?" she spoke awkwardly. Buster made his way towards her "Where on earth have you been for the last 2 days?! You've missed out on a lot of practice Ash." Buster frowned "I actually wanted to talk to you about the reason-" "Why didn't you just say so?! We'll discuss it after practice!" Buster announced before jumping back on the stage, Ash let out a big sigh and walked up the stairs to the stage. "As all of you know, tonight is the night we preform in front of Nana! Now go and practice to your hearts desire!" Buster shouted as it echoed through the theatre. Everyone nodded in agreement before heading to the practice booths. Ash opened one of the doors to a practice booth and walked in, Johnny followed her and closed the door behind them. He looked at Ash, his eyes full of sadness, Ash turned to Johnny and raised a eyebrow "Everything okay Johnny?" Johnny looked away, trying to avoid her question. Ash let out another loud sigh "Johnny...? You okay?" Ash walked up to Johnny as she spoke, he looked down at her and scratched the back of his head awkwardly "F-fine...couldn't be better..." "Johnny." Ash huffed raising a eyebrow "I'm not stupid, I know when your sad. Now tell me what's wrong." Johnny his head and turned his back to Ash. Frowning, Ash walked to him and stared him in the eyes "What's wrong?" Once again, Johnny avoided the question. Ash hit Johnny on the arm "What's wrong Johnny?!" she snapped, looking the gorilla in the eyes. Johnny sighed and began to speak "Look i-it's my dad...he hasn't been speaking to me for the past two days. I waited over 2 hours last time for him and he never showed up..." Johnny trailed off, looking at his feet. "Oh Johnny..." Ash sighed. Johnny pulled Ash in for a hug, surprised, Ash wrapped her arms around him, returning the hug. The hug lasted for a few minutes, Ash let go and stood back, Johnny did the same "Alright...I guess it's time to start practicing then." Ash said as she walked over to a corner and placed her guitar case down, Johnny picked up both microphones and handed one to Ash, the two locked gazes for a few seconds, Ash shook her head and chuckled, confusedly, Johnny scratched the back of his head. The two then began singing and practicing.
~The performance!~
"All animals great and small, welcome to the moon theatre! The first duet we have planned for you tonight is going to be sung by...Rosita and Gunter! The song that they'll be singing is Just a dream! Take it away Rosita and Gunter!" Buster announced, walking backstage as Rosita and Gunter made their on the stage. Buster made his way to Ash "So when is 'she' coming?" Buster asked, raising a eyebrow. Ash turned and looked at Buster "''She' will be coming after the last performance." Ash whispered, turning around to see Johnny, sitting by himself with his face in his hands. Buster nodded before watching going back to watch Rosita and Gunter preform for Nana. Ash watched Johnny closely in the corner of her eye, she sighed as he still was sad. Gunter and Rosita walked over to Ash, both smiling. "You two were great!" Ash smiled, Rosita and Gunter thanked Ash. It was Mike's and Meena's turn to go out and preform now, the two walked out "Good luck!" Rosita called as they left the backstage and made their way to the stage. A few minutes passed and it was Ash and Johnny's turn to preform, Ash managed to cheer Johnny up a bit. The both stood side by side, they looked each other's in the eyes "Ready?" Johnny whispered softly, Ash nodded. The both of them made their way onto stage and began singing.

Johnny and Ash finished singing, the both of them looking into each other's eyes smiling. Nana, Eddie, Buster and Miss Crawley all stood up, clapping and cheering. Mike, Meena, Rosita and Gunter joined Ash and Johnny on stage, all of them held hands and bowed. As soon as they where done cheering, Miss Crawley, Nana, Eddie and Buster made their way on to the stage to join the other animals. Nana looked at Ash and smiled, Ash returned the smile. "Before we finish up, guys there's a 'someone' here to see Johnny." Buster announced, Johnny looked around confusedly "S-see?" he exclaimed confused. That's when Dexter came out from behind the curtains, Johnny's eyes grew wide, full of tears as he stood rooted in the ground. Dexter smiled and put his arms out, Johnny ran up to Dexter and hugged him tightly, tears pouring down his cheeks, Dexter embraced the hug as he chuckled softly "You don't need to cry son." Johnny looked up at his dad "I-I can't h-help it...I c-can't believe y-your actually h-here..." he chocked. Dexter looked at Ash and nodded a 'thank you' nod, Ash smiled. Dexter stood up tall "You know you should be thanking Nana...and your friend Ash." Johnny turned to Ash, wiping his eyes "I-is it true Nana.....Ash?" Nana and Ash nodded "It was mainly Ash's idea, she just came to me for help." Nana reassured looking at Ash, Johnny made his way to Ash. She looked at him, he pulled her close and kissed her on the lips. Shocked, everyone let out a gasp and then a 'Awwwwwww'. Johnny pulled away smiling, Ash blushed embarrassedly and smiled slightly "I can't thank you enough Ash." Johnny spoke, smiling. Ash nodded, blushing. Johnny looked Ash in eyes, Ash looked away blushing "Will you be mine, Ash?" Johnny asked, shocked Ash looked at him "Y-yes Johnny..." Ash replied and smiled. Johnny brought her in for a hug, everyone cheered.
