"Wake up its time to eat." Cousin D yelled banging some frying pans together signaling it was morning and time for breakfast.

"What we having more moldy bread and bacon?" Angel groaned.

Nicole and Angel had to share a room which sounded okay until they realized how small the bed was. They nearly rolled over on each other twice.

"I hope not." Nicole said rubbing her eyes as she checked the time on her phone.

"Oh my God!!! I'm late for work!" Nicole exclaimed shooting up at record speed.

She quickly grabbed her work clothes and ran to the bathroom to shower and brush her teeth.

After she quickly ran into the kitchen seeing a nice greasy breakfast from the Coney Island down the street waiting for them.

"Oh thank God you didn't cook." Nicole beamed grabbing a piece of sausage.

"What's that supposed to mean? And didn't yo mama teach you good table manners?" He asked swatting her hand away with a spoon.

She rolled her eyes and grabbed a handful of hash browns threw them in a container with some bacon and sausage along with some scrambled eggs and a piece of toast.

"What no jelly?" He said shooting her a odd look that she didn't feel like responding back to.

"I'm in a rush, late for work. Tell everyone bye." She said on her way out to the door for a long day of work.

"Really you ain't even going to eat with us after I spent all day slaving under a hot stove to cook this meal for y'all." He said waving his wood spoon back and forth in front of her face.

"Lord, D we all know you didn't cook this now i've got to go, love you cuz." She said giving him a kiss on the cheek and dashing out the door to her job that she prayed she still had once she got there.

After work

It was an extremely busy day of work after getting chewed out by her boss for being late. But she managed to sucker her way out of it through promising to work over time and giving him more tips of how to win this girl over that he was seriously crushing hard on.

When she had finally got back to her cousins house she had totally forgotten that she was supposed to meet Marshall and the studio today after she had gotten off of work.

Until of course she got a phone call.

"Hey." A voice answered.

"Oh hey Marshall...OH MY GOD I TOTALLY FORGOT." She said remembering they're date.

Was it really a date though?

"Hey it's good, you still wanna check it out?" He said laughing at how sorry she sounded over the phone. He instantly picked up that she also sounded exhausted but he didn't wanna pry to much into her life considering they had just met.

"I would but i'm so exhausted I can barely walk." She said laying down on her bed to rest her sore aching muscles.

"Oh, need superman to come over and carry you?" He asked slyly.

"No Nicole's good." she said laughing.

"Alright well then, can I come over to your place then?" He asked still really wanting to see her.

"Umm.."

"Oh you don't want me over?" He asked feigning hurt.

"NO it's not that, it's just my cousin's house is a revolving door of interesting people...and i've kind of got to make sure Alonzo doesn't arrest any of his friends or him." She said.

"That's fine, my house is a revolving door of interesting people too..but they my homies man and I wouldn't have it any other way." He said thinking about Proof and the rest of D12.

She was going to reply until she heard some background noise on the end of Marshall's phone.

"Dad who are you talking too?" A girl asked.

"IS IT A GIRL!?" Another voice beamed.

"Dad you have a girlfriend!?" The same girl from before shrieked.

"Hey didn't I tell you to go watch some cartoons when daddy's on the phone?" He said scolding the girls.

"But dad we want you to see it too!! Cosmo just turned Timmy into a toilet seat!!" The girl laughed.

"Yeah Wanda's going to be mad!!" Another girl agreed.

A sigh could be heard over the phone then some contained laughter. "Sorry my girls are so nosy." He said.

She had no idea that he had children, he really didn't look that old.

"Oh it's fine, they sound precious." She smiled.

"Yes they're little angels." He said sarcastically.

"WE ARE ANGELS!" A girl yelled.

"Any way Nicole, i'm supposed to be shooting a movie pretty soon and I was wondering if you had the time if you'd like to come hang with me on set." He said.

"Wow this is like the 2nd time you've asked me out." She said teasing him a bit.

"What can I say? I like girls from 7-eleven." He said flirtatiously.

"Why?" She said laughing.

"I get red bull on discount right?" He asked.

"HAH! you wish Honey!" She cackled. "I don't even get that." She explained.

"Can't help a man for trying right? Alright Ms. 7-eleven I gotta go, but don't worry we'll be seeing each other soon." He said.

"Why you coming to buy some more Unhealthy snacks to munch on?"

". . . . Hey I eat healthy things...sometimes." He said sheepishly.

"Like what?" She inquired.

"Tacos.." He said.

"How is that healthy?" She questioned.

"It's got lettuce and tomato's in it." He said failing at making a point.

"Uh huh...yeah we gotta fix those eating habits boo." She said being nothing but serious while Marshall was laughing hard on the other end.

"Alright Boo." He said.

"Bye." She said rolling her eyes at his childishness.

"Bye Nicole." He said hanging up to go watch cartoons with his daughters that were now firing questions at him like crazy.

But oddly he really didn't mind answering questions when it came to that cute but very troublesome woman.
