Jennifer opened one eye the next morning and was instantly sorry. She rolled onto her back, covering her eyes with her hands as she groaned. Her mouth was dry, very dry and there was a distinct smell of puke in the room.

She heard what sounded like someone huffing and drawers closing, loudly. She lifted her head off the pillow to see Holly packing their suitcases. The distinct feeling that she was in trouble washed over her. She let her head fall back onto the pillow,

"Where are we going?" She asked softly.

Holly turned to glare at her,

"We have to move rooms....since someone decided to shower us in vomit last night."

Jennifer squeezed her eyes shut, lifting her hands to the side of her head,

"Don't yell."

Holly walked towards her, anger coursing through her,

"Oh I'm sorry....am I TALKING TOO LOUD FOR YOU!??!?" She yelled.

Jennifer whimpered,

"Alright..I get it...you're pissed."

Holly shook her head,

"Oh I hit pissed about 3 hours ago...pissed has left the building."

Jennifer sat up slowly, stretching her arms out in front of her. She remembered very little of last night but small pictures were replaying in her head like a slide show. She furrowed her brow,

"Was Harry in here?"

Holly nodded,

"He brought you up here...you puked on his shoes." Jennifer made a face and Holly nodded, "His custom made Louis Vuitton boots that probably cost more then your entire wardrobe."

Jennifer blinked a few times,

"Ok, so I'll apologize."

Holly threw out her arms,

"What is with you lately? Drinking? Drinking to blackout? When the hell have you ever done that?"

Jennifer pulled the covers off her legs,

"I'm just having a good time....you could do well to have one one of these days."

Holly shook her head,

"This is not a good time, this is a problem. And you know it."

Jennifer sighed and rubbed her temples. Holly was working her last nerve and she was hardly in the move for anyone to be working her last nerve,

"Jesus it was one night."

Holly glared at her,

"One night? You did this three times last week. And I know you were drunk yesterday while you were doing my hair."

"I wasn't drunk. I'd had A drink. There's a difference."

Holly stared back at her best friend. This girl who had given up her own life and her own dreams to help Holly realize hers. She didn't even recognize her anymore. Her mouth set in a tight line,

"You promised." She said softly, "This is why we don't talk....this is why we're drifting apart."

Jennifer's rolled her eyes. The pounding in her head was getting worse and worse as Holly's shrill voice filled the room,

"No...we don't talk because you shut me out. And we're drifting apart because you think I fucked Liam."

"YOU DID!"
