7) Back to normal?

When Rachel and Tristan arrived at the movies, he spoke up.
"Hey, I know you have a lot on your mind. So when your ready we can talk about it. On my way here I called the theater and found out there playing the movie 'Get out' in 30 minutes. So we can wait here a little."
(Author note: I just watched the movie, but don't worry I don't plan on spilling what happens.)
"Ok, that sounds great. I'm fine with talking about it. Do you have any thing in particular you want to say?"
"Yea, I just want to ask, how is he alive?"
"Well basically he got hurt, they sent a letter saying he was dead. Turns out he wasn't. Came back after he healed." His eyes widened.
"Wow that's a lot, but how is this going to work?"
"What do you mean?"
"We kissed and then your boyfriend came back."
"I don't know actually. I do love him but I also have feelings for you. I told him I wouldn't leave him but I can't." Tristan eyes filled with sorrow. He knew this was the right thing.
"Listen, he was your boyfriend first. And like you said you love him. We should just be friends." Rachel was about to cry.
"Ok, maybe this is for the best. Can you please take me back home."
"Ok." Tristan started the car and drove back to her house. Rachel got out of the car waved bye and walked in her house. She saw a note written by her mom. 'Hey Rachel, I took your brother and sister out shopping we should be back by dinner time. Gaku seemed in a bad mood. Check up on him. Bye see you later.' Rachel set the note down and walked upstairs. She saw there was a crack in the door. She slowly pushed the door open and saw Gaku with his head in his hands mumbling something so quietly she couldn't understand.
"Gaku?" He lifted his head up and stood up. He walked towards her and bear hugged her.
"I'm so sorry, I just don't want to loose you. Your the best thing that has ever happened to me."
"It's ok, I came back early because Tristan and I decided that we were only meant to be friends. He thought that we should be together and I agreed." Rachel hugged him back. Gaku returned to his normal state hearing this. He squeezed tighter.
"I'm so glad your back." They let go of each other,
"What do you want to do today?" He asked.
"Well I've been wanting to see the movie 'Get Out' for a while," Rachel checked the time. "There's a show in an hour, do you want to go then?"
"Yea, then afterwards we can go out to dinner."
"Wait, how are we going to afford this? I don't really have much money right now." Rachel shyly added.
"Remember I have powers, I can get however much money I need."
"That sounds cool. Do you want to watch tv since we have some time until the movie."
"Yup, that sounds good." They both went downstairs and watched a little tv till 12:40. They got up and put shoes on to leave.
"Can your magic make a car pop out of no where too?" She said sarcastically.
"Actually yes." He grabbed her hand and pulled her into the garage. He closed his hands together and aimed it at the ground. Soon then a Honda Civic that was black appeared. They both got in. They on the way there, they didn't speak, little conversation on how the weather was, nothing extravagant. When they arrived, Gaku opened the door for Rachel, and they held hands walking into the theater. They got the tickets and sat down in the theater. Rachel laid her head on his shoulder. Throughout the movie she got startled and hid her head behind his shoulder. He blushes at this and held her. Once the movie was over, they headed back towards the car. They got in, buckled up and Gaku started driving towards a restaurant.
Rachel broke the silence, "Where are we going?"
"Anywhere you want."
"Ok how about McDonald's."
"No, you deserve something special."
"No it's fine, I don't mind McDonald's." Gaku thought for a moment. He remember he took her to Red Lobster.
"How about Red Lobster?"
"What! No I told you any place is fine."
"Too late, were going." Rachel blushed at his child like attitude.  Once they arrived, they both got out and Rachel noticed that black sparkles were surrounding her clothes. When they went away she saw she was wearing a red dress that was snug around her showing her petite body. She was also wearing red heels. She was about to say something, but when she looked up Gaku was wearing black dress shoes, black dress pants, and a light blue dress shirt with a tie. He smiled.
"I thought that since this is a restaurant, we should wear fancier clothes." Rachel walked up and kissed him on the cheek.
"Thank you for everything that you've done.
"It's no problem, how about we go inside."
"Ok." They walked inside holding hands. They ordered their food and drinks. They made some conversation when they ate and on the drive home. Rachel checked her phone it was 7:00. Gaku made the car disappear. Once they walked in they noticed that her family wasn't back. They decided to relax, and they got into their pjs. They watched tv till they fell asleep in each other's arms.
