I woke up feeling really chirpy and my mood became sour when I saw my mother snogging with some guy with dark hair and skin. What was disgusting is that my parents have been married for a good ten years now at least that's what they made us to think - I and my sisters, an older one Gwen and a younger one, Valerie.

So you can imagine how seeing my mom like this makes me feel, not sad. Oh no. I haven't been sad in quite a while, rather I felt pity for my father who went on a trip right now.

I grab an apple from the kitchen and slip out of the kitchen before the awkward stares begin. I'll just leave Val to deal with it.

I got into my car and drive to school eating the apple as I drove. I parked at my usual spot right next to Seth's car and Addy's car.

I check my teeth in the mirror subtly then give my self a big smile as I strut through the doors of the school. I walk in the direction of my locker and I see Seth waiting there with a smirk on his face.

He had a single rose on his hand which he was swirling subconsciously between his fingers.

He kisses my forehead and tucks the rose into my hair and it fits in perfectly. I smile and give him a peck.

It's the little things like this that I cherish. He just likes to make me happy even when we both know we don't like each other like that.... At least that's the way my story goes. I'm not gonna be that blonde head cheerleader who's madly in love with the bad boy who's madly in love with the good girl.

I grab him by the arm and start walking to class ignoring the girls that stopped to watch the scene. What's the next headline? Seth Hunter thanks Steph for a wonderful night with rose? You never know with these people.

I take a seat at my table while Seth goes off to join the boys but I prefer to sit with Addy.

During our class we just emailed each other with the tablets provided.

-Hey where did you guys disappear to yesterday - A

-Just played around? - A

-What's it to you anyways - S

I slammed my tablet down and it was a miracle it didn't break I did get a dirty look from our teacher though.

During lunch we all sat at our usual table where most if not all the sporty students gathered eating the horrible substance that for some reason is called food. I bought salad and I had it with a coke I took a bite of the seemingly tastey veggie and cringed then I see Val making her way over.

She sat down by me and bought only a sprite. Only she and her friend are ythe juniors allowed to sit with us. The Queen's rule.

Addy makes her way over to me and I see the boys drooling over her just like the way they do to me just a little bit less. She comes to whisper in my ear.
