So this A/N is to clear up the confusion.
I know the last chapter was really confusing.
I'll put it in simpler words.

Jack Louis and Nancy Louis were a couple.
They adopted Arthur in the year 1850.
Arthur was five years old back then.
His full name before adoption was Arthur Cyrus.

I talked about Arthur's grandma and grandpa before, right?
Frida was her Grandma.
And William was Arthur's grandpa.

You must be thinking that what happened to Arthur's parents.
Why was he adopted by someone else.
Well that will be revealed soon.

Why does Wendy hate Arthur.
The reason is not yet known but at the end we came to know that Arthur Cyrus is a part of the Cyrus family.

His grandpa William was no one but Richard Cyrus' son.
How did that happen?
Well, the next chapter would clear all these doubts.
