After Kristy leaves to go back to her roots, she realizes it not what wanted. A part of her was expecting to walk into her old home and see her mom and dad happy, together, sitting on the couch like old times. Reality set in. She has nobody to turn...
I woke up to loud singing and flashes. My eyes fluttered open, barely making out three boys and their camera. I groaned and covered my face, beginning to laugh.
Once they finished singing happy birthday I wiped my eyes gently. I grabbed my phone and checked the time. "Seriously, it's like 7 in the morning."
"Seriously, it's your birthday and you're getting up." Cameron mocked me, grabbing my hand.
"No, stop," I cried. "My one birthday wish is to sleep."
"Wish not granted." Nash helped Cameron pull me out of bed. I sighed standing up, grabbing my phone, glasses and walking downstairs.
I went into the kitchen to see breakfast laid out. Chocolate chip pancakes are my favorite. As we were eating we made small talk, mostly about the party and I brought up what Lauren said to me.
"I wouldn't worry about it. She says random stuff when she drinks." Nash shrugged and I nodded, continuing to eat. My phone lit up with a text and I checked.
'Gilinsky ☺️ ; birthday dinner 2night at 7? '
I smiled and texted him back, saying yeah. I told him he could come over whenever and that'd I'd start getting ready at 1:30.
It was a higher end restaurant which is why I was getting ready so early. I put my plate in the dishwasher and turned to the boys. "Plans for the morning?"
"We could watch a movie?" Hayes suggested as we all walked to the living room. I smiled and nodded as we decided on a movie.

I yawned standing up from the couch and walking to the stairs. "Where are you going?" Hayes asked, not bothering to look up from his phone.
"My room?" I giggled, walking upstairs and along the balcony. The upstairs floor isn't really a floor. You walk up a big stair case and it's like a bridge, you can look down at the bottom floor from it. I walked to my room and shut the door behind me.
I checked my phone to see a text from Jack saying he'd be here in like an hour. I showered, getting out I put on a long oversized t-shirt and spandex. I sat down on the floor next to my full body mirror with my makeup. There was a knock on my door and I said come in.
Jack shut the door and walked over to me. He kissed my head and sat down. "What up, dad." I blended my foundation with my beauty blender.
"Not much, son." He took a picture of me for his snapchat.
"I swear to god, if that was ugly, delete it."
"Nothing of you is ugly." He groaned laying down on the floor. I lightly hit his chest and continued my makeup. My contour and highlight were a little strong and my lip was neutral. I plugged in my straightener and turned to Jack.
"So I was thinking," I smiled and he put his phone down. "Hayes didn't really do anything special for his birthday and I feel kinda bad. Why don't we have a double date, him, K, me, and you." I suggested and he raised his eyebrow.
"Or, he could go out, just them?" I gave him a playful look and he smiled. "No, but seriously, I'm just not feeling him. You do remember he kissed you yesterday, right?"
"I obviously remember but Katia will be there." I convinced.
He shook his head, giving in. "Fine." I thanked him and texted Hayes to come up here.
After a few minutes he came into my room and sat down on my bed. "I was wondering if you wanted to bring Katia on a double date for our birthday." I said, brushing out my hair. He looked as if he was gonna scoff, but stopped.
"Why?"
"We just didn't do much for our birthdays individually. Plus, I don't know much about her." I smiled and he shrugged. I nudged on Jack's shoulder to say something.
He looked at me, then Hayes. "Yo, I get that you're annoyed with me. The least I can do to get us all on good terms is take you and your girl out." He offered.
"Fine, but I'm paying for Katia and myself." He got up to leave.
"Dinner's at 7! Text her now." He shut the door with a nod.
I put my hair things down and turned to Jack. "Thank you." I smiled, he returned one and shrugged.

"C'mon bud, take my photo." I hurried G to the back patio outback. The lighting was beautiful, shinning right on me. He quick took it and I posted it on instagram. I was wearing a gold jumpsuit instead of a dress and high-waisted light-wash jeans. I paired it with simple heels and called it a day.

I walked inside and the door rang. I opened it and Katia was standing there. "You look pretty." I complimented, she thanked me and returned one.
"Okay children, let me take a picture." Cam laughed while walking over.
I laughed and shook my head. "Ha, you thought." I reached for the door but Jack grabbed my wrist. I groaned and stood in between Katia and Jack. I rolled my eyes playfully with a smile, once he took the picture, he posted it on twitter and we left.

Gilinsky and I sat across from Hayes and Katia. It was a little awkward but I figured I would just get to know her. "So how old are you?"
"I'm turning 15 in august." She smiled and I nodded. "You obviously turned 16, so."
"Here's the main question, what made you like Hayes?" I put my head on my hand.
Hayes hid a smile and rolled his eyes. "Can you not? Your acting like my mom."
"Did she meet your mom?" he shook his head no and I shrugged. "I didn't either." I joked, waiting for her to answer.
"I'm not sure, it just kinda clicked."
The food came and I turned to Jack. I looked up at him and smiled. "You're a quiet boy tonight."
He shook his head and smiled back. "I had a full conversation with Hayes and you didn't notice."
"Oh," I smirked. "You and your boyfriend are cute." I whispered to him privately, making him laugh.
Once we finished eating I let out a baby yawn. Jack rested his hand on my thigh and smiled as I placed my hand on top of his. Hayes rubbed his temple and sighed pulling out his phone. "I'll be right back." Katia let him out of the booth and he walked out the front of the restaurant.
"What do you think that was about?" she asked, tucking hair behind her ear.
I shrugged as I leaned my head on Jacks shoulder. "I don't know, but I'm gonna ask him if he wants dessert." I stood up and fixed my hair. I walked out the front of the restaurant and saw Hayes on the phone.
"Things just don't seem great for Kristy and I, she took me on a double date. --- No, why would that be good? --- Double date meaning me and katia, her and Jack. ---" I decided not to interrupt, and walked back inside.
"What did he say?" G asked as I sat back down.
"I didn't ask, he was on the phone and I didn't want to interrupt."
