Chapter 7: Arrival at Worlds

We boarded the plane to get to Copenhagen, for the World Championships. We were fired up for our performance over the next few days. We had a surprise for the show. All the Bellas, current and non-current, were in Copenhagen getting ready for our big performance coming up.
We got to our hotel rooms when I got a call from Pentatonix, asking if I would join them for a pre-show dinner. I agreed and met them at a fancy resturant in Copenhagen.
A short while later, I got a call from the girls asking where I was at. Beca, Chloe, Fat Amy, Emily, Staci, and Cynthia-Rose all were getting ready for bed by the time I arrived back to the hotel. Everyone was ready for bed and I commented, "Big day tomorrow, ladies."
I smiled and they all met in my room for a drink, considering the fact that we were all ready to perform tomorrow.
Around 2:30am, there was a knock at my door. I opened it to see Pieter.
"Pieter? What are you doing here at this hour?"
"I just wanted to ask if you would like to get dinner, maybe after the competition."
"I would love to."
I remembered, "Pieter? Where are you staying?"
"About 2 miles north of here."
"Stay in my room, just for right now. Can't have you getting hurt before the competition."
Pieter came into my room and asked, "Where can I sleep?"
"You take the bed. I'll take the floor."
"I can't have the lady sacrificing her comfort for me."
"Such a gentleman."
With that being said, we both climbed into the bed and fell asleep.
The next morning, Pieter had his arms wrapped around my waist. I realized then that this was where I belonged, here in Pieter's arms. Then I remembered that the ladies would be waking up shortly and I had to go to the gym before I went to the competition.
I got a call from my friend, Signe. She was wishing me luck for the competition and I heard that she started to date another YouTuber by the name of Jacksepticeye.
"Signe, when I get home in a few months, I want to meet this guy." I told her in a protective tone.
"I know you would want to so I arranged a meeting."
"Love ya, sis."
"Love ya, too. See you in a few months."
"Bye."
"Bye."
I hung up and told Pieter, "Come on, I have to go to the gym and you need to get back. See you after the performance."
I placed a kiss on cheek and moved to the door.
"Let's go, darling."
We walked out the door and went our separate ways.

P.S.- Did you like the fact that I added a few YouTubers to the story? I'm thinking about rewriting the story and just having more fun with the characters and no, I'm not taking this down quite, yet. This might end up being lengthened and added to overtime.
