We all were going to a camp to get 'Back to Basics' because everything we were doing was falling apart. Our previous leader was a counselor at the camp and she had us all get back to basics and find our pitch. After the third day there, everyone had finally decided to work together and we all started to finally be able to perform in front of people again.
That night, we had a bonfire, telling each other our secrets.
"I have something to spill. I have recently been approached by record maker to do some recording. In order to do that, I would have to leave the Bellas to record. That is why John and Gail didn't remove me from the tour. They had no control over my professional life. So I'm still on the tour, stuck with DSM and trying to make something of myself." (Literally, that is what I'm trying to do on YouTube.)
Everyone looked at me and I frowned. I knew I was graduating this year and I didn't have very much time left to hang out with these lovely people.
I smiled at the others and we all returned to our tents after we sang Beca's audition song.
