Chapter 10: Date

I woke up to my phone ringing. 

"Hello?"

"Hey, darling, it's Pieter. Do you think we could go out today?"

"Sure. Just tell me when and I'll be ready."

"Alright, how about around 10:30. I'll pick you up from your house."

"Alright, see you then."

I got up and went downstairs to see Signe and her boyfriend sleeping on the two couches. I smirked and then went to grab my loud speaker and my radio.

I scrolled through my music and chose the loudest song, it was a dubstep song. I cranked it to 11 and blasted it through my loud speaker. Signe's boyfriend, Jack, spazzed off of the couch and Signe yelled at me to turn it down. Then she noticed I was smiling.

"What has you in such a good mood?"

"I have a date."

"REALLY, NO WAY!"

"Yep, you two don't do anything while I'm gone. Go out and enjoy the town."

"See you later then."

"See you."

I walked back to my room and got changed since it was only 9:30 and I had about an hour to get ready and hang out with Signe and Sean.

I walked back down the stairs and said, "I have an hour before he picks me up so, we can hang out."

"Okay, anyways, I have a deal for you."

"Yeah?"

"You stay in Ireland for a few months before you go to the United Kingdom."

"Okay, that's fine with me."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

Time Skip

I waited at the door for Pieter, Sean and Signe left 20 minutes ago and I had to wait for Pieter to arrive.

I heard a car pull up in the driveway and looked out the window to see Pieter getting out of the rental car. I walked over to the door and opened the door for him.

"Hey, Pieter."

"Hey, Jess."

"Where are we going?"

"It's a surprise."

"I hate surprises."

"You'll love this one."

"Okay."

2 hours later we arrived at the spot where we were going to have our date. It was a beautiful cavern.

"I remembered when you said you used to go rock climbing when you were little. So, I decided to take you to a good place to climb."

"This is amazing. I haven't been at an actual rock climbing spot in a long time."

"All ready to climb?"

"Yep. Let's go. Umm... what do I do?"

"Chalk your hands, and then we'll climb."

We climbed for two hours and then we returned to my place.
