The end of Humanity?

Part 9 Jake

Jake chased after the monster around the bend and the hall. It seemed like it was running for ever till Jake tripped over a piece of metal on the ground tumbling in the darkness. His pistol and flashlight bouncing across the floor away from him. Suddenly the the black figure runs back and jumps on top of jake. Its red eye opens and starts to glow Jake quickly punches it in the eye it screeches and runs back towards the direction of Seth and Joelle. Jake quickly gets his gun and fires at it. The monster screeches before disappearing into the darkness. Then from behind another one jumps on Jake and stabs a one of its tentacles through his left hand and into the ground and pinning it. He screams in pain as blood starts to pool around his hand. He fires behind him knocking the beast back freeing his hand. He then shoots it in its red eye. Its body starts to blubble suddenly it stabs a tentacle through his shoulder before exploding into black goo. Jake stands up grunting. He looks down at his hand that now has a hole through the center nearly hitting his bone and tendent he makes a fist ignoring the pain but feels sick seeing his bones move. He then realizest he can't move his right arm. Looking at his shoulder there is a smaller hold but it went through his bone. He starts to feel light headed from blood loss. "Wow is this how I'm gonna die not by man but by demon" putting his shoulder under his arm he leans against the wall. "I must stay alive. I can't die not yet " loud foot steps is heard and there's Seth walking out from the darkness. Jake see's before blacking out....
