The end of Humanity?

Part 11 tom and Brandon

"Hey tom! Toommm!!!" Brandon said lifting up a piece of metal "I found something you might wanna check out!" He lifts it up and throws it to the side. Tom walks over and looks at Brandon in his miner suit "what?" He looks at the spot Brandon was telling him too look at "yuck what is crap oil or something" there was a pile of black goo on the ground it was large "well I don't know what it is but this is the first interesting thing we found sense they told us to stay out here" Brandon said smiling. Tom looking at him gives a small smile "do you think there gonna come back its been a few hours " Brandon shrugs the grabs at the goop with his claw on the miner suit it sticks to the claw and slowly drips off. "Gross" Brandon chuckled.
He shakes the crawl around trying to get it off. "Let's just get a sample and analyst it" tom said getting a small container out. He scooped some off of the claw of the miner suit. Tom walked over to the small ship they got to the meteor with and goes in. Brandon continued to inspect the slime. Suddenly the black slime starts to bubble then a red eye appears in the slime it glows looking at Brandon the it form into a shape like him but no color only one red eye where his face should be. Its shape look almost exactly like Brandon. "Uhhh tom! Come out here and bring a weapon hurry!" The figure makes a growl then swings the crawl arm at him. Brandon quickly counters it with claw arm as Brandon pushes the dark brandons claw back. Brandon stabs his drill into the stomach of the creature and the drill spins splatter black slime. Tom runs out of the ship with a rifle. Seeing whats happening he fires the rifle at the dark figure. The bullets explode on contact the black figure backs up then the holes seem to regenerate filling with more black slime. "Go for the eye it might be the week point!" Brandon said as the dark him pushes Brandon back. Tom nods firing at it. The creature quickly lifts up its arms blocking the bullets. Then Brandon quickly runs over using the drill and stabs it through the damaged arms from the explosive bullets. He stabs the drill into its eye drilling through. The creatures screams and then explodes splattering black slime. "Damn I probably would have died without your help " Brandon said looking at tom. " I may hate you at times but your still a friend I'm not gonna let you die" tom smiles.
