Feeling fear and mistrust,
Anxiety and panic,
Because of words said
By the imbecilic.
Unease from walking
Through halls I know,
Because of the words
Of the hate I undergo.
The anxiety I feel
When going somewhere
That hates people like me,
Is caused by spite and anger.

This one is about something I experience nearly everyday of my life. It's honestly horrifying when people like me, LGBTQ+ people that is, are talked about as though they should be dead rather than who they are.
