Sherlock was taking a while, so Molly left the room went to wash up in her own room. A couple moments after she finished, she heard screaming from the kitchen. The thought of something happening to her new friends made her stomach twist. She ran to the kitchen as fast as she could, panting when she opened the door, which revealed a pair of blondes. They were hugging and jumping, laughing and screaming.

The woman turned and saw Molly, who stood there confused.

"Molly, it's me, Mary! Isn't this wonderful? Our curse has been lifted!" She ran to Molly and squeezed her so much she thought she was going to pop.

"This is great, I'm so happy for you." Molly said once she had gotten her breath back. "But I don't understand.. How did this happen?"

"That's what I'd like to know." John laughed. "Have you seen Sherlock this morning?"

"Um, yes actually. He's uh.. He's different. He's not exactly normal, but he's not a beast?" Molly answered lamely.

"I'm going to see him," John jogged out, feeling very lively and happy.

"I'm going to go talk to Mycroft," Mary said in a more serious tone as she made a bottle for Rosamund. "I think he knows something. And I'll get back to you, Molly. You definitely know something."

"Spill. It." Mary demanded, sitting across from Mycroft, the both of them sipping tea.

Mycroft faked a laugh and stood up, leaning on his umbrella. "What do you mean, that I should waste a perfectly good cup of tea?"

"Mycroft." Her voice was threateningly low, daring him to play dumb again. "I know something had to have happened last night and I know Molly had something to do with it. Tell. Me."

He rolled his eyes. "Isn't it obvious? Oh of course it's not, why would it be for anyone who's not me. Sherlock's condition worsened when he was involved with Irene Adler. Do you know why?"

"She was poison for him. She's insane." Molly scoffed.

"The blame doesn't fall on her completely. It was Sherlock's fault too. All they had was lust. Sherlock didn't care if she was remotely happy, nor vice versa. Now with Molly... He must've done something selfless. Something he only would have done if he loved her."

"Really?" Mary almost choked on her tea. "Your saying he actually loves her, like he-wants-to-kiss-her-but-doesn't-know-it-yet kind of love?"

Mycroft cringed internally at her enthusiasm. "It appears so."

"Huh. That's the last thing that I thought would break the curse, especially since it was cast by Holmes."

"My sister has a cruel sense of humor, I suppose." He said dryly. "But the curse isn't completely broken, not for Sherlock. This is just a part of it. Sherlock may love Molly but if my theory is correct, he'll never be fully human again until she loves him in return."

"Interesting that you seem so sure."

"For once, I'm not. But it's been years and this is the closest we've gotten to breaking this damned curse."

"That's true. How do you know that Molly was with Sherlock all night?"

"How did you know I knew that?"

"Didn't know until just now." Mary smiled. "Besides, you always know."

Mycroft gave an extremely fake, tight, smile. "How clever. One of the other servants informed me that Molly hadn't gone to her room last night."

"So that leaves one more person for to talk to." Mary thanked Mycroft for the tea and walked out.

So it's been a while. I've been busy with school and work, updates are probably going to be coming slower for a bit. I'm sorry :/
