"Hey Mr. Postman, bring me a post, bring me the post that I love the most." Steven sang.
"What a lovely song Steven. What did you order again?" Rose asked walking from around the corner.
Steven sees Jamie, the mailman and instantly gasps for air.
"My song came true!" Steven shouted with excitement, "Do you have a package for me today?"
Rose suddenly turns around.
"What is it mum?" Steven asked, staring at her with such affectionate eyes.
"Nothing," Rose said, "Just the wind."
Jamie and Steven were talking for a while but Rose wasn't paying much attention to them.
Suddenly Jamie asked, "Mrs Rose, are you okay?"
"Yes, I'm fine. You know me, always thinking about Earth and how marvellous it is." Rose replied.
"How thoughtful." Jamie said, adjusting his hat.
"You know, mailman, you remind me of someone I once knew."
"Who was it?"
"An author I once met."
Rose signed Jamie's clipboard and he departed for his next delivery.
"Steven," Rose asked, "Garnet, Amethyst and Pearl will be back soon. Could you go inside first?"
Steven runs into the temple.
Rose pulls out a photo of her and Greg. She's stares at it for a while.
"Mum!" Steven shouts. "We're going on a mission! Are you coming?"
"Be there in a minute!" Rose shouted back.
Rose quickly buried the photo in the sand and floated up to the door.
