Damon when he sees how broken you are. After the death of your parents you couldn't handle them being gone. They were the only people that you relied on until you met Damon. You started to sink into self harming even though you were a vampire the self inflicted pain made the cuts stay. You were completely oblivious to the fact your scars were showing. You walked down stairs without your jacket and forgot Damon had been taking care of you.
As soon as you reached the last step Damon was at your side with your arms in his hands. "Why? Y/n!" "Because I have nothing left Damon, every time I cut it takes away my pain!" "Please don't do this Y/n I care, you have me!" "You have only got a piece of me!" "What do you mean!" "The rest of the pieces of me died with my family!"
