Abbey walked into the room in her dress ready for the Mikaelson ball. Damon was her date, after all they had been dating 20 years now. She had a tight fitting dress, white lace. Abbey fixed the strapped of her heel and put her ear rings in. She took one final look at herself in the mirror and she looked beautiful. Her dress fitted perfectly. She walked down the stairs and Damon stared at her with astonishment. "You look... stunning!" Damon said with amazement. "Thank you baby, you don't look too bad yourself!" Damon and Abbey linked arms and off they went. They had an evening full of dancing and drinking. For the first time in a long time they were happy.
