Never Be Alone

Part One

I was sitting in my room talking to my friend Kyra when I heard knocking downstairs

I got up from my bed and poked my head out the door and saw Acai running down the stairs

Mama was at the door looking out the little hole it had to see was there

"Who is it Ma?" Acai asked whispering

"Hold on, I'm not sure who it is. go back upstairs."
She said

She ran back upstairs and came back down the hallway to my room

I closed the door behind her when she came in

She jumped up on my bed
and I sat back down talking back to Kyra again

"Quinn," She said interrupting, "Who are you on the phone with?"

"Hold on," I paused, "would you shut up, Acai I'm talking to Kyra!"

"don't yell at me I only asked-" she said before my mom called us back down

"Girls come down here!"
My mom yelled

Acai ran out and slammed the door behind her

I heard her run back down stairs screaming

"Quinn! Come down here" my mom yelled

"Kyra I'll call you later I think my mom has a visitor"

I hung up the phone and went down the hallway and saw what the fuss was about

"Daddy!" I screamed once I saw who it was

I ran down the stairs and into his arms

After some tears (of joy) we all sat down in the living room

I'm sure mama already knew he was coming back or already welcomed him home because she let us hug him

"Okay I want to see my little boy now," daddy said

Mama hesitated at first
"He's asleep right now when he wakes up I'll bring him to you."

I knew he wasn't actually asleep but I didn't say anything

"Oh alright."

"Okay you guys for dinner I made daddy's favorite. Steak, mashed potatoes, and stringed beans.

"Yesss," daddy said as he clapped his hands together, "that is my fave."

We all moved to the dining room

Just as soon as we finished We heard Junie begin to cry

"Oh I'll go get him..." My mother rushed away after putting her plate away

"Acai you kiss daddy goodnight and get ready to get in the shower and go to bed," I said to her knowing she didn't need to be in here for this

"But I'm not ready" she argued

She came back downstairs a few minutes later
Daddy stood up to reach for him he but when he saw junie's face he stepped back and looked at mom and back at junie.

"What is this"

"What do you mean 'what is this', this is your son juniper." She said putting junie in his highchair

"Why does he have blue eyes Elaine" my dad says, "and why is he so light?"

"I don't know, probably from my side of the family" mom said looking around as she chuckled nervously

"DON'T LIE TO ME ELAINE!" DAD screams slamming his fist on the table

I flinched as he started to yell I grabbed Junie and we went upstairs to my room where Acai was getting what she left

When I got up there she was crying

"Why are they yelling?" She cried

I set him on the bed as I spoke to her

"They're down there watching TV you need to get in the shower so I can get us ready for bed." I told her

"No they're not, they're arguing! Daddy just got back and she already made him upset!" She yelled

"Go get in the shower and after we'll watch a movie or something after, okay?"

She just walked into the restroom

I went back over to the baby who was contently watching at fisrt but then began to fuss once I had raised my voice

"Aww don't cry, she irritates me too," I said calming him

I quietly carried him into his room which was upstairs as well as the rest of the family's

I set him in his crib as i tried to gather his clothes for tonight and tomorrow

I went to set the clothes back in my room

As I went back to get him listening to them still arguing

I listened in the hallway for a while

-"How could you do this to me Elaine do you understand how much I fucking love you?!"

"Well I'm sorry I got lonely you weren't here and weren't good enough!"

Why would she say-

My thought was cut off by a loud sound

I ran and got Junie from his room

I locked my door

I waited for Acai to get out of the bathroom while looking through movies

Okay I'm going to stop here. I made a few changes and took forever to update as usual, so sorry if it kept going off

I'm working on the next chapter so I'm probably going to write the chapters' beginnings before I finish writing the ends of the chapters so it's easier.
Also I know the boy in the pic is an F-boy he was the first thing I saw when I searched fboi
