Stella misses Bloom.

California(Bloom/Adele's House)

Bloom's POV

'What are you doing, Mummy?'Skylar asked curiously, rubbing her eyes.

I had finally put her to sleep after reassuring that whatever that was scaring her had left and that no one would be able to hurt her as long as I was around.

'Pack your things, Skylar. We're leaving.'

I had decided to leave California and return to Domino. After what had happened last night, I was not going to take any chances. My daughter would be safer back in the magical dimension.

'Where are we going?' Skylar asked, her eyes wide open, now fully awake.

I paused, then took a deep breath. 'To see your father.'

'Really?! Hooray! I'm gonna meet my daddy!' Skylar screamed with joy, jumping up and down with excitement.

I smiled and her. To be honest, I was overjoyed at the thought of seeing my best friends and family again. However, I was nervous as well. What will they say... especially Sky...

At Domino...

Stella's POV

I was sitting at a corner, sulking as I watched Aisha, Flora, Musa and Techna help Daphne decorate the palace ballroom. Usually I would have been over the moon to be able to help decorate the ballroom, I was the best at these stuff. But, without Bloom, it just did not feel right.

'Why are you not helping, Stella?' Flora asked me.

'Yeah, you love to decorate,' Aisha said.

'You know why,' I said grumpily. 'It's not the same without Bloom.'

The room sank into silence.

'I know,' Musa said quietly. 'But Bloom would'nt want to see us unhappy.'

The others nodded in agreement.

'You just don't understand!' I burst into tears and stormed out the room. 

I ran into the palace garden. I sat on a bench, crying.

I miss Bloom so much... She's my best friend, I cannot believe she's dead... I know she's not! She just needs a break, that's all... She told me so! They don't understand anything...

'Hey, are you alright?' I felt a hand on my shoulder. It was Daphne.

'NO! How could you even agree to host this ball, Daphne?! Bloom's not dead, she just needs a break... and you know why! '

'I know, Stella. But I know Bloom as well as you do, she's my sister! And you KNOW she would'nt want to see you like this.'

'But still, I can't believe that everyone gave up searching for her! It's like they've given up on her... and Bloom does not deserve that! She did so much for us... she brought us together! She saved the universe countless times! She does not deserve to be treated this way..'

'They have not given up, Stella. They just believe that she has her reasons for leaving, and will return when the time is ready. Just don't think that this ball is to grieve Bloom's death; think of it as a party held in her honor, a day were all those who care about her come together and remember her,and to hope that the day of her return is soon.' Daphne said. Then she smiled. 'Ready to go back now?'

I wiped away my tears. Daphne was right. I gave her a little smile. ' Yes, thanks Daphne.'

'You're welcome.'

A/N: I couldn't think of a good name for this chapter... I know it's quite short, but I promise the next will be longer!
