Veronica stormed into the boys locker room. It was her duty to make Archie her boyfriend. Something about the boy made Veronica happy, but by all means she didn't like him one bit. However, he seemed to be into her. She knew he'd be disposable, and he wouldn't make an impact in her life.

"Hey Archiekins, can we talk?" Veronica proudly strutted into the locker room. Archie had nothing but a towel on.

"Yeah, um sure." He seemed uncertain.

Veronica dragged him into an area with no sweaty boys. It was finally quiet.

"Listen, Archie, I know you like me, and I like you too." Lie. Veronica didn't like him whatsoever.

"Yeah, what do you mean by that? Like we should date?"

"That's exactly what i'm saying teen outlander. I think we'd be a great couple. Imagine, you'd have a beautiful girl, me. And I'd have Archie. The football playing, guitar strumming, boy." She smiled knowing she had just sold the relationship quite well.

"I agree. So it's official. We're dating." A large smile protruded from his lips. His teeth showed.

Veronica laughed and walked out of the locker room. She noticed Betty and Collin laughing. She couldn't help but feel jealous. Maybe Veronica messed up, but Betty just made things a whole lot worse.

Veronica turned the other way and went to find Cheryl. Befriending Cheryl was number 2 on Veronica's list of getting Betty back. The plan was definitely flawed. However, it made Betty want Veronica even more. But Betty knew Veronica's little game and she did her best to keep up.

Veronica found Cheryl. Cheryl was with her two "friends" or evil henchmen. Cheryl seemed appalled that Veronica even came close to her. It was almost as if she felt she was too good, but Veronica swallowed her pride and went through with the plan.

"Cheryl, I think we've been mere enemies long enough. It time to put the pettiness aside and become friends. We'd make a great team." Veronica tried her best to put on a happy front.

"It about time you gave up!" Cheryl laughed.

Veronica rolled her eyes and sighed. She straightened herself up and continued to play the roll of a girl asking for forgiveness. If Veronica had to become friends with Cheryl to get Betty back, she'd do it.

Collin grabbed Betty and led her to a secret place. His father owned a small farm. That was Collin's favorite place. He took every girl he'd ever dated there. He liked them all, but none had been like Betty. She was so beautiful, smart, and sweet. Betty wanted to return the feelings, but she couldn't. She just didn't like him like that.

"Betty, I know I've only been dating you for 3 months, but I feel like i've known you all my life. I love you." Collin grabbed Betty's hands and stared into her eyes.

Betty looked away. She didn't want to lead him on too much. Her pulled her in for a kiss. Betty clumsily pulled away.

"Anyway," Collin got down on one knee,"I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Betty will you marry me?"

Betty's mouth dropped in shock. Her heart started to speed up and her head started to swim. Betty didn't love Collin. Sure he was a nice guy, but Betty wanted Veronica.

"It's okay to think about it. I know things are moving really fast, and that we are super young and all, but I just want to get this out of the way."

"No, Collin, Id love marry you." Betty smiled and hugged him. She then told him she had to go.

Betty got in her car and texted the one person she knew she could talk to.... Kevin. She told about everything. Even what she had with Veronica.

Kevin~ Wow
Betty~ I can't believe I'm going to marry Collin.

Betty sat back and drove home. Her hands fidgeted. Her breath intensified. She was hyperventilating.

______
Kevin~ Betty's getting married to Collin.
Veronica~ Where's Betty?
Kevin~ Her house.

Veronica got into her car and drove straight to Betty's house. She was done playing games. She needed to tell Betty before it was too late.

When she got to Betty's house she banged at the door. Betty opened the door.

"Veronica what are you doing here?" Betty asked.

"I want you Betty. I'm done playing these games. Please Betty, take me back. Don't marry him because your mom wants you too. Please." Veronica was crying now.

"Veronica I can't. My mom she'll kill me-"

"Betty, I'm begging you. You can live with me if your mom freaks out. Betty I need you." She wiped away a tear.

Betty nodded crying. She took the ring off of her finger and played with it. Her eyes never left the ring.

"Veronica, I would give anything to be with you. If my mom disapproves, I don't care anymore. I love you so much." Betty took the ring off and shoved it in her pocket.

She hugged Veronica. Both girls stood there crying. Both girls knew they would live a happy life, together. Both girls knew they loved each other.
