Elizabeth's POV
I wanted to leave, but his eyes told me otherwise. He wanted me to stay right here.
"Uh okay. I'll make sure to not...uh...change the way I am." I gave a slight smile. He reached down for my hand and pulled it up. He examined my ring again.

I couldn't manage to say anything. The only thing that came out of my mouth was laughter. Nervous laughter. I can't help it. His eyes quickly shot up to mine.

"Nervous again are we?" He asked sternly. I bit my lip hard to contain more laughter. I slowly pulled my hand away from him and let out a deep sigh. I moved away from the door and walked away from him.

"Elizabeth?" He was confused by my actions.

"Mr. Malfoy, I can't take this teasing." I crossed my arms and sat on his desk.

"I think you enjoy it." He smiled.

"I one hundred percent do not." I am rather stubborn.

"Your face tells me otherwise." He approached me and tucked some hair behind my ear. I chuckled again but quickly stopped myself.

"I'm done with whatever this little game is." I jumped off of his desk and headed to the door. He harshly shoved me back in front of him.

"Do you honestly think you have the right to talk to me like that?" He growled. I whimpered as his strong fingers gripped around my arms. I winced as I tried to yank my arm away.

"Let go of me."

He glared and squeezed my arm tighter. He didn't say anything. It was like he was waiting for me to beg. I won't do it though. I won't feed into him. I was frozen in time and I couldn't move away from him.

"You're quite aggravating." He looked at me and grinned as he released my arm from his grasp. I let out an exasperated sigh and rubbed my arm. I looked up into his eyes and I regretted it immediately as I did because I knew I would freeze again.

"I...uh...have to go. Please let me go." I said without breaking eye contact. My voice was shaky and I could barely say a word. I quickly bolted out of the door and ran away without looking back.

"Elizabeth?" I heard a voice call out to me. I turned around to see Draco with a concerned look on his face. I slowly walked over to him.

"Are you okay?" He came up to me and supportively rubbed my arm.

"I'm fine, but I'm just stressed out about class." I lied. I didn't want him to know about the concerning conversations I've had with his dad.

"Since when are you stressed out about class? You're so smart." He smiled at me.

"I appreciate the sentiment." I gave a slight smile back and then diverted my eyes. I felt his hands reach up to my face and my eyes met his. He leaned in and I reciprocated, but it didn't feel right. I gave in as he ran his hands through my hair and the kiss deepened. I heard a door  open behind us.

"Dad!" Draco jumped off of me. I quickly turned around and met the gaze of Lucius Malfoy.

"Ms. Slytherin, you should avoid wearing anything on your lips if you plan to make out with my son." He approached me and wiped the excess lipgloss off the side of my mouth with his thumb. He slowly moved his hand away from my face and wiped it off on his coat.
"That's a nice color on you Draco." He said dryly as he walked away. Draco quickly wiped his mouth off.

"That was utterly humiliating!" Draco stammered.

"You're telling me." I rolled my eyes.

"He's so invasive sometimes. I wish he would just let me live my life. He's never cared about who I ask to a dance before, so why does he care about you?" He groaned.
"I don't know, but I have to go Draco." I quickly left in spite of my embarrassment.
