Chasing once past

Chapter 2:

Asher's POV
As I was making sure that the others were ok, I looked towards Kerrin who was now shaking. I was heading towards her when she began to lose balance, I ran to her, called out her name "KERRIN!". She was close to hitting the ground when Tobias caught her in time "She just fainted, seriously this girl causing problems on her first day" Tobias said as he carried her bridal style, im glad he caught her she would've had another memory loss "Im taking her to her room" Tobias says as he began to walk towards the big lodge "yes please do ill attend to the others" so i began to check the damages at the same time worried for Kerrin..'She will be ok'.. i said to myself.

Tobias POV
I took Kerrin to her room and placed her on her bed. She was still unconcious which is good cause i didnt want her to see me carrying her, "wh..o are yo..u" Is she awake?! But no she wasent she was sleep talking sigh*, I moved her dark brown hair away from her face just cause I felt a bit sorry for her and when i did I noticed that she had a faded scar on her right cheek, by the looks of it this was long before she was even found in that forest "what happened to you before you lost your memories" I said as I place a blanket on her and left her to rest.

Kerrin's POV
I see that boy again he was still calling me but who are you? Is what i wanted to say but my voice didnt come out, I called out to him until I woke up. I was in bed and I tried to recall what had happened "oh yea i fought those bandits...at least that memory was still in place" i said to myself as i sat up from the bed. I heared knocking from the door, Asher and Tobias came in, "hey kerrin how are you?" Asher asked as he sat on the end of my bed ." Yea i mean i didnt just killed those bandits in one go.." "...." that was a horrible thing for me to say "Asher could she be.." Tobias asked ..Asher looked at Tobias but suddenly "HEY YOU'RE STRONG TEACH US!" 2 boys came in, startling Tobias by the sudden entry "JEEZ larry, barry! cant you at least knock?!" Tobias said. These 2 guys look so much a like, they must be twins the only way i can tell them apart is by their hair one had a hint of red and the other a hint of blue "Larry, Barry what is your business here" Tobias said in a commanding tone "whattt?? We are just bored right Barry?" Said the guy with a hint of red on his hair "no..you're the one that forced me larry" said the guy with the hint of blue "now everyone lets leave kerrin to rest for now after that you can ask question" Asher said and smiled at me "y..ou should rest up .." We all looked at Tobias in total shocked, heck i could see Asher a bit shocked too! "AHEM* ill head out first" Tobias left and i saw him with a hint of pink on his ear, was he blushing? Larry i believe ran to catch up with Tobias while Barry followed along "ahaha see i told ya he is a softie, well then ill go ahead have a good rest" then they all left

Tobias POV
I ran out of there, i was embarrassed..why did i even say that?, i heared footsteps from behind and i know who it is... "TOBIASSSS~~" yep it was Larry, why did he have to be such a child... i turned to look at him and said "what?.." i see a smirking Larry, following behind was Barry..oh gods above please spare me from the stupid question Larry is about to ask "so when did you start caring? Huh? Huh?" He was really going for this question "like i would care, i only said that cause she save your sorry asses so thats my way of showing gratitude, so please excuse me i got other business to take care of" i left in a rush and I hear Larry saying booo! Your no fun!" Of course im no fun I have a guild to watch over and make sure things like this dont happen again.

Kerrin's POV
Many days has past since the incident, the guild began to pack up for their next destination..The castle.. I wonder if I can find clues there, Asher did say that its a huge place "Kerrin! Im sorry to ask this but can you help carry these boxes?" Maddie said pointing to another box full of utensils from the kitchen "Sure!" I grabbed the box and took it to the cart "thanks Kerrin! Those boxes were really heavy!" She said with a smile "its ok a girl shouldn't carry such heavy things!" "Arent you a girl too kerrin?" Maddie giggled when she said that "aaa...im uhh exception?" Maddie was still giggling as she went to meet up with Collien. "Kerrin come here for a min!" Asher called me and i see Tobias with him

"Kerrin by any chance did you remember anything these past few days?" I shake my head as to say no

" i see... but you held a sword so well maybe you wielded one before...hmm what if you practice your swordsmanship? Maybe that can spark a memory! " Asher's idea isnt bad maybe that could help "ok but whose gonna train her?" Tobias said with a stern face "yea...who will train me?" Oh please dont tell me its... "Tobias will!" Asher said happily. Both me and Tobias just looked at him until Tobias spoked up " no way im training this sorry excuse of a swordsman" did he had to go there... "Come on Tobias most warriors are still on their way to recovery and only you are available at the moment" Asher pats his back to reassure him i guess. Tobias was in his thoughts, then he decided "ok..ill do it cause only Asher asked me to so YOU better listen to me BRAT!" "WHO ARE YOU CALLING BRAT?!?" That was the last straw this guy is really REALLY getting on my nerves. "You are! Im 19 and Asher here is 20 which makes me older and you only look like what? 17 or 18 so your a brat!" "He-hey dont tell my age Tobias.." asher said in embarresment "sigh* whatever so whens training?" I asked dropping that convo "after we settle down to our next destination then thats when we start" Tobias left and went to the front of the carriage. I looked at Asher and he gave a hand to help me up the carraige where maddie and rest were waiting "all right looks like everyone is all set" Asher went tothe front with Tobias and we set out through the forest for the castle ahead
