Stephanie just told him a very funny story of her ex reading a poem to her while she was dating the weirdo. He compared her to a fungus or something, and it made Matt explode in joy. He felt jealous at first, but when she told him all about the dorky and humiliating stuff he did for her, it made him feel his self-esteem boost a bit. He has a bit of hope.

MatPat: <nm really, just hanging and blasting some music>

Matt just stares at the screen, wearing a look too hard to distinguish. It bears a look of confusion as well as a look of disappointment.
MatPat: <I'm straight>
Cordy: <oh whoa, really?>
Cordy: <lol, awks>
Cordy: <well, sorry....>
MatPat: <what made u think I was gay???>
Cordy: <idk, assumed I guess>
Cordy: <gonna stop assuming now>
MatPat: <yea... U should>
Cordy: <lol ok>
Cordy: <well>

MatPat: <can u not>
Cordy: <sigh ok>

Cordy is offline.
And thus, Matt sits in a corner and stares at the wall, contemplating on his life and the choices that led him up to this point. What has he done with his life? What is the point of living? Since when was there a crack on the wall? Did her words make him feel confused about his sexuality? He sighs as he gets up from the corner and body slams the bed, a loud thump being heard.
Stephanie Cordaro thought he was gay.
