repeat the positives of life a million times over,

Teach me a happy tune to hum.

Erase my worries the best you can,

secure me a brighter version of my own fate,

Tell me i deserve all my dreams,

And that its not too late.

Keep me close,

Yet at arms length,

Push me to reach my dreams,

Assure me you see the strength.

Gift me a reason to live,

Replace the emptiness within my heart,

show me the light that has yet to arrive,

Help me to turn the negativity of the world into art.

And force the sun to rise,

Forbid my tears from falling,

Continually tell me tales, of those reachable skies.

Finally force the shadows away,
