I walked to Astrid's hut after an hour. I could hear the girls cooing over the baby nadder and Zoè.

"Let's call the nadder... Scarlett!" Astrid suggested.

"Yeah!" Ruff said.

"I love it!" Heather cooed.

I heard Zoè coo and talk in baby a little. The girls awed. But something happened that I never thought I'd hear. Astrid, being a mom.

"Aww, hi Zoè. How was your day?" She asked.

Zoè cooed some more. The girls awed.

"Yeah? Is that all?" She asked.

Zoè cooed agian.

"Yeah? This is Auntie Heather and Auntie Ruff! You'll meet your uncle's later." She said to Zoè.

I smiled. But then I realized I wasn't here to eaves drop. I knocked.

"Hey Ruff can to hold onto Scarlett? Heather, take Zoè please." She said.

I heard two light feet walking to the door and two heavy feet.

Please don't be Stormfly, please don't be Stor- I prayed.

Astrid opened the door and Stormfly was behind her. She blinked I surprise.

"Hey... C-can I talk to you? Please?" I asked.

She looked back to Heather and Ruff. They both nodded. She seemed to mouth no. Heather and Ruff gave her a look causing her to sighed in defeat. She stepped out side and closed the door after Stormfly went to stand behind her.

"Um... Is Stormfly going to stand there the whole time? That seems like... Overkill?" I asked nervously with a little laugh.

"Well you have Toothless so yes, Stormfly is going to stand here." She said.

I blink, turning around. Sure enough, Toothless was behind me.

"Really bud? Your not making this easy!" I whined.

Toothless grumbled something and licked me.

"Aw! Toothless! T-thats disgusting! That's not going to come out!" I said.

I heard Astrid laughing so I looked over. She double over holding her sides.

Oh my Thor she's so beautiful. I thought.

She seemed to catch me smiling at her, so she stopped.

"So. What is it?" She asked.

"It's about... Zoè." I said.

She sighed.

"Please, Hiccup, I don't want to do this agian." She sighed looking out to the sea.

"I don't want to fight either..." I started.

"Fine. I know... I'll go get my stuff.. " she said turning to face the door.

I grabbed her shoulders and stopped her.

She blinked in surprise.

"No. No one is leaving. Not you, not Zoè. No one." I said.

"Huh?"

"I thought about it... And decided I was hard on you, For no reason... She can stay... And you can be her mother." I said.

She gasped, smiling crushing me in a hug. I hugged her back.

"As long as your her dad. Its either you, Tuff or Snoutlout, and I'd prefer i you." She said letting go.

"What about Fishlegs?" I asked.

"I have a feeling he'll be asking Heather out soon." She laughed quietly.

I smiled.

"Ok. I'll be her dad." I said.

She grinned, kissing my cheek gently and ran back to her hut.

"She can stay!" She told Ruff and Heather.

They all cheered.

I quickly mounted Toothless and we speed off from the edge. When it was nothing but a speck, I cheered loudly. Toothless let out the signal whenever we charged into the battle, twisting and turning.

"I know bud! This great! I-I didn't even have to ask!" I laughed happily.

We headed back for the edge for dinner. This time, it was chicken, so Tuff left her in his hut. Astrid was already there, holding Zoè as everyone cooed over her.

"Hey Astrid. Have you eaten yet?" I asked.

"No, not yet." She smiled at me.

"I-I can hold Zoè while you eat." I offered awkwardly.

She smiled and came up to me.

"Mind her head." She said as she gently place Zoè in my arms. I held my breath for a minute. When I didn't drop her I smiled.

I looked behind me and saw Astrid with her hands on my shoulders. She smiled at me and went to get our food.

Zoè opened her eyes for the first time.

Heather was next to me. She gasped.

"Astrid!" She called quietly.

Astrid came over and set down the food on the table behind us  looking over my shoulder and gasped. Zoè had ice blue eyes that were  absolutely breath taking.

"Hi you! Oh, your so cute!" Astrid and Heather cooed at her.

Everyone came up behind us. I looked at Astrid who was smiling like crazy. And from that moment on, I knew that we were all going to be a big happy family.
