Clear blue water, high tide came and brought you in
And I could go on and on, on and on, and I will
Skies grew darker, currents swept you out again
And you were just gone and gone, gone and gone
In silent screams,
In wildest dreams
I never dreamed of this
This love is good, this love is bad
This love is alive back from the dead
These hands had to let it go free
And this love came back to me
Tossing, turning, struggled through the night with someone new
And I could go on and on, on and on
Lantern burning flickered in my mind for only you
But you're still gone, gone, gone
Been losing grip,
On sinking ships
You showed up just in time
This love is good, this love is bad
This love is alive back from the dead
These hands had to let it go free
And this love came back to me
This love left a permanent mark
This love is glowing in the dark
These hands had to let it go free
And this love came back to me
This love, this love, this love, this love...
Your kiss, my cheek, I watched you leave
Your smile, my ghost, I fell to my knees
When you're young you just run
But you come back to what you need
This love is good, this love is bad
This love is alive back from the dead
These hands had to let it go free
And this love came back to me
This love left a permanent mark
This love is glowing in the dark
These hands had to let it go free
And this love came back to me
This love, this love, this love, this love...This Love- Taylor Swift

"Oh, Barry," she breathed out, not knowing what else to say.
Slowly, she walked to his side and kissed him lightly then placed her hand on his and held it tightly hoping that he could feel her presence. She had read somewhere that comatose patients could hear everything that went on around them. Perhaps, if she spoke the words enough times he might hear them.
"I love you, Barry. I love you so much. Come back to me, please, I need you. Your parents need you. We all need you. I don't know what I would do without you. What would we all do without you? I hope that you can hear me because I need you to know that I'm staying in Central City. Forever this time. My Mom left and my dad took me here to see you and he promised me that I can stay here with you forever if I wish. And as soon as you wake up, which I know you will, we are going to be together and it's going to be amazing again like it was before," she started.
"I'm going to say here in this very spot until you wake up. I'm never leaving your side again, ever. My dad is already making calls to re-enroll me at school and he and mom are getting a divorce. I guess I should have seen it coming, for years it's been like this. Dad told me mom is nothing like she used to be and I guess some part of me thought that she would pull through this and be my mother and my dad's wife and we would be a happy family. But I guess I was just kidding myself thinking that she could change. She's too far gone,"
"We won't make their mistakes, will we? We'll stay the same people as we were when we first met and just as in love as ever. You told me that once, remember? Last year. I was upset and crying about another fight they had and you held me and comforted me and told me that we would never make their mistakes. And you were right, we won't make their mistakes. We'll get through this mess because there is a light at the end of this seemingly never ending tunnel,"
"Things are starting to look up for us now and if only you'd open your beautiful eyes to see it. There is so much for you to live for, Barry. No matter what, I'm here for you, through rain or shine, I'll be right here. I don't care about anyone else's opinion all I care about is us being together again. I'm right here beside you, by your side, for the rest of my life. And one day I will be your wife and we'll have children and grandchildren and we'll tell them about how hard we fought to stay together,"
"I love you, Barry Allen. I love you so much and you just need to open your eyes. I don't know what's going to happen next. Perhaps you might have damage to your spinal cord or something but it's nothing that can't be healed and I know that it will be hard, really hard. I never said that this was going to be easy but I will be right there to be here for you to help you through it. There's nowhere I would be and no one that I would rather be with,"
"Don't keep we waiting for too long, Barry. I just want to be with you so badly right now and seeing you like this is truly awful. I need you back by my side. Just so I can hold you again and kiss you again and cuddle with you again. Everything with you again. But I'll wait. I'll wait for you, Barry. Waiting for your love is hard but it is so worth it,"
She placed a kiss on his forehead and sat down in the chair still desperately clutching to his hand which was warmer than she expected. She let out a shaky breath after finishing her proclamation of love that she had no idea she even had in her. Barry just inspired the passionate and loving side out of her and he always had. But all that love and passion always belonged to him and she owed it all to him because she felt all of those beautiful emotions whenever she was around him. That is just what love does to you.
The butterflies that fluttered whenever they kissed and the way her heart did marathons whenever he smiled at her with that smile which she had always adored and the way the world always slowed down whenever they gazed into each other's eyes. The safety and protection she would feel when he held her or they held hands. And the pure serenity she felt deep down whenever they were together like nothing could ever tear them apart.
She closed her eyes to stop the tears that were threatening to escape her eyes from running down her cheeks. Perhaps it was just her imagination, but she could swear that she felt something squeeze her hand. Or someone. Slowly, she opened her eyes and saw that nothing had happened. 'I need coffee' she thought to herself and got out of her chair to get the caffeine that she thought that she needed.
As she stood up and attempted to unlock her hand for Barry's, something tightened its grip on her hand. She felt something, something that was softly stroking her knuckles the way...
The way Barry always did.
Quickly, she turned her gaze to her hand nd saw that her suspicion was correct. Barry was stroking her knuckles as if he was trying to alert her that he had woken up. Or at least partly.
"Barry," she whispered, just loud enough so only they could hear. She kissed their intertwined hands and closed her eyes, waiting for him to open his eyes.
"Cait," he whispered back, his voice barely audible but she could hear it from a mile away. She opened her eyes and was met with his, the ones that she loved so much.
"Barry!" she exclaimed, slightly breathless because he was actually awake and speaking to her. Immediately, she leaned down and kissed him. "I love you so so much," she whispered, tears of joy falling from her eyes.
"I love you too," he replied, his voice still very quiet from being comatose for so long. But it was perfect for them because it meant that the moment was more private and just for them.
"I'll go get a nurse," she whispered, pecking his lips before rushing out of the room to tell everyone the news and fetch a nurse.
