Riley is a natural born leader which helps her with her mayoral duties. She's also very patient.
Vance is a very creative, right-brained person and is a pretty good problem solver, too

Riley asks for others' help because she knows she's not able to do everything on her own but she doesn't depend on people completely
Vance is stubborn and almost never asks for help for anything

Yes, although she typically wears the bandages as a weird fashion choice. She does trip a lot because she runs everywhere (way too much pent up energy)
