Chapter 33- How much is a little?

Chapter 33

Courtney's p.o.v.

"Court, stop being so nervous." Liam said as we walked towards the door. Once we walked in I realized that this was the same club Fiona and I went to (A/N: they went to the club in chapter 1). I hate to admit it by now Fiona was kind of right. One Direction does go to this club sometimes.

"Are you ok?" Liam asked. I nodded my head and smiled. Liam led me over to the bar. "What do you want?" he asked me. "Um..." I started to say. "You've never drank before, have you?" he asked leaning against the counter. "No I haven't." I said shaking my head. "Then I'll surprise you." He smiled and then whispered something to the bartender. I hate when people say they'll surprise me. It worries me.

"Here, drink this." Liam said handing me a shot glass. "Liam, you realize if I come home drunk Jay is going to kill you, right?" I asked. He smiled "You're eighteen, that's the drinking age in England. Just relax a little. Jay can't control you forever." I looked at Liam for a second and then at the shot glass. He was right. I gave in and drank whatever it was that Liam decided to give me.

*1 hour later*

"Li, let's go dance." I yelled over the blaring music. He followed me to the center of the floor. 'Try not to dance like Fiona. Try not to dance like Fiona' I thought to myself. Dancing like her is probably the worst thing I could do right now.

"I'll be right back." Liam yelled over the music. I mean the music was insanely loud. Kind of like when Fiona, Jay, and I used to go to Kevs when we were younger. (A/N: if you don't know what Kevs is, it's this dance for its this 7th and 8th grade dance that's kind of like a club)

Liam's p.o.v

As I walked towards the bathroom my phone rang. I was Jay. Great, now she's going to kill me. Maybe I shouldn't have taken Court to a club. I decided not to answer, mostly because if I do I'll regret it.

I walked back to where I left Court, but she wasn't there. If Jay finds out that I lost her I'm dead. I walked over to the bar to see if she was there, and she was. She smiled at me as I walked towards her. "Do you want something else to drink?" I asked her.

"Yeah, sure."she said. I got her another drink and handed it to her. "Will you tell me what it is this time?" She asked. I shook me head. She drank what I gave her and we went back to dancing.

She hasn't been this relaxed since Fiona left. I really do love Court. I worry that she's not going to relax until Fiona and Niall come back. Maybe if she was a little drunk sometimes she would stop worrying.

*2 hours later*

"That guy was way too close to you." I said as we got into the elevator. "Liam, calm down. You sound like Jayla. I'm old enough to protect myself." She smiled. Once we got to her floor we walked to the hall to her door. Before she unlocked it she turned to me and asked" What if Jay is waiting for us?".

"Then we'll just bribe her with some food." I said slowly opening the door. "About time you get back." Jay said walking towards us. "Has Court been drinking?" She asked stepping closer. "Maybe just a little, but not too much. I'm not drunk." Court replied nervously. "How much is a little?" Jay asked glaring at me.

"A couple shots of vodka, but she's eighteen. I think she should try to have fun before school starts." I said as Court and I walked to her room. "Jay, we'll talk about this in the morning, okay?" Court said before closing her door. Jay nodded and walked into her room.

"I'm never letting you talk me into taking shots again." She said as she walked into the bathroom to get changed. I smiled to myself. When she finished she laid down next to me in the bed. "I love you." I said kissing her forehead. "Liam, you don't have to be afraid to kiss me." She said sitting up.

Before I could say anything she kissed me and said "I love you too, Liam." With that she went to sleep. I stayed up for a while thinking. I couldn't lose Court. She was absolutely perfect. I was going to do whatever it took to make her happy.

Hey people. Anyway, since I didn't get my teeth pulled today I decided to update.
