Chapter 39- A turkey a Liam and a stick

Chapter 39

Jaylas p.o.v

"Court, do you have a tent?" I asked walking into her room. She was laying on her bed with him. I really don't like Liam. It all started two months ago...

"Jay."Court said bringing me out of my thoughts. "What?" I responded. I wasn't sure if she had said something. "So do you have a tent?" I asked.

"No, I'm gonna share a tent with Liam." She said quickly. I glared a him and walked out.

I absolutely hate the idea of Court and Liam being alone. Actually, I don't like the idea of Liam being around Court at all. I guess this is just because when we were younger I said that if I didn't like their boyfriends, then they couldn't date them.

Courtney's p.o.v

"So your actually going to sleep outside? Liam asked once Jay left. "Are you insane? I'm sleeping in the cabin." I replied. It's like he doesn't know me at all. Why would I even own a tent?

"I told you that you couldn't survive in the woods." Liam said smiling. "I could survive, it's just that there is no air conditioning outside." I responded.

"Ok, whatever you say." Liam said. I rolled my eyes. Why does he not think I can handle this? "You better start packing." Liam said. I just glared at him.

I got up, walked to my closet and pulled out my purple duffle bag. I started throwing random stuff in it. "Aren't you forgetting something?" Liam asked walking towards me with my hairbrush. I took it from him and put it in my bag.

"Why are you mad at me?"Liam asked. "You think I'm weak." I said walking to the other side of my room. "Ok, tonight if you spend at least half the night in the tent with me, I'll spend the other half with you in the cabin." he said sitting on my bed.

"Do I get to choose what half of the night?" I asked wearily. He nodded. "Ok, but if I get bitten by a snake, I'm blaming you." I replied. "Don't worry, I'll protect you." He laughed.

Lyeya's p.o.v

"Is that everything?" I asked Court after she but the last bag in the car. She nodded opening the passenger door. I was in the car with Liam and Court. Fiona was with Niall and Harry. Jayla was with Louis and Zayn.

"Why do I always get stuck with the boys?" Jayla complained. "Maybe if you weren't eating pancakes, you would've had first pick." Court said sitting in the car and closing the door.

Once we were all in the cars we pulled out of the parking lot. "Lala, can you hand me my phone?" Court said gesturing to the phone in the back seat. She had just gotten a text. "Sure. Who's Zach?" I asked while handing her the phone. This seemed to catch Liam's attention.

"You remember him, he was in high school with us. He was on the lacrosse team." she said. I remember him now. She left out the detail about him being her boyfriend though.

"He wants to go camping with us." She said looking up from her phone. "Is that okay with you guys?" she added.

I nodded but Liam didn't say anything. "It's okay with you Liam, right?" she said looking at her boyfriend. "Who is he?" he asked raising an eyebrow.

"He was my boyfriend in high school. We broke up, but we're still friends. He got a scholarship from a college in London." She said hesitantly. "You don't have to worry, he not some psychotic sociopath." she added.

"Ok, he can come camping." Liam said. "Great, I tell him." Court replied happily. I don't think Court sees it, but I think Liam's jealous.

'I know something about Liam. I know something about Liam.' I sang in my head.

As soon as we got there, Court got out of the car. We were parked in fornt of this little cabin in the woods. "Serena, where are you?"Court yelled. I had no clue who she was talking to until Fiona yelled back "Over here Blair."

They met in front of the cabin and walked in. "There's wifi in here." Fiona yelled out the window of the cabin.

As I set up my tent I heard Jay yell something. Then she started running into the the trees. "Court, it's happening." fiona said as they walked out of the cabin.

"JAY, DID YOU FIND A WILD TURKEY?" Court yelled to Jayla who was running around with a stick. "Yeah!" she yelled back.

Before anyone could respond Liam ran past me, followed by Jay still carrying a stick.

"Court, why was she chasing a wild turkey with a stick?" I asked Court. "It's a long story." Court said walking to her bags that were next to the tent Liam hadn't put up yet.

"Well, why is she chasing Liam around with a stick?" Fiona asked. Court stood there and thought about it of a second.

She finally replied, "I'm really not sure."

THAT BOOK IS THE END OF ME, AND WHEN THE MOVIE COMES OUT IN JUNE THAT WILL BE THE END OF ME TOO.
