Luna's POV

"Do I look okay?" Bella asked nervously and I chuckled.

"Yes Bella you always look fantastic, your beautiful and amazing and there going to love you because Edward loves you." I reassured and she nodded, looking slightly calmer.

When we heard a knock at the door I smiled and went to open it to be greeted by the face of Edward Cullen. Immediately I smiled at him happily and he easily returned it, pulling me into a tight hug and kissing my forehead.

"I missed you Luna." Edward muttered.

"You too Eddy." I stated before moving out of the doorway and over to Edwards shiny Volvo.

The drive to the Cullen's house was a pleasant one and I found myself enjoying the company of the happy couple, loving seeing my best friend so happy with one of my other great friends.

Immediately when we got to the house I didn't waste anytime skipping to the front door and entering as though I owned the place.

Ever since I had first met the Cullen's I was practically part of the family, I adored every member of the Cullen's just as they loved me, even Rosalie seemed to like me which made me quite happy.

"It's so open." Bella muttered and I giggled.

"What did you expect Bella dungeons and coffins and motes?" I questioned with a small smirk on my face.

I quickly ran upstairs after that, excited to see the rest of the family I had missed desperately.

Immediately when I entered the kitchen a bright smile came onto my face as I spotted four out of the six Cullen's I had wanted to see.

Like always I was taken aback by there beauty and felt immediately jealous for a split second but it resided when Esme smiled warmly at me and enveloped me in a cold hug.

"Luna I have missed you." Esme smiled and I returned it naturally. Esme had always been just as much of a mother figure in my life as my own, she was actually the only person that knew that I was struggling with the fact that I didn't know quite what I wanted, sexuality wise, and always supported me.

"I missed you too Esme." I smiled brightly before turning to Emmett and Rose who both gave me hugs.

"Look at you pup, getting bigger every day." Emmett said affectionately and I giggled while rolling my eyes.

"Emmett I'm not a child, though I can see why you'd think so grandpa." I stated while sticking my tongue out, causing everyone to chuckle just as Bella walked into the room and I ventured out onto the balcony to find Alice and Jasper.

When I spotted them my smile widened. I had always considered Alice my best girlfriend other than Bella and simply adored the pixie. Jasper was fantastic too, considering he surprisingly didn't have a problem with my blood and we got along well.

Alice immediately hugged me tightly.

"I missed you so much Luna, we have to go shopping soon." Alice stated and I groaned, causing Jasper to chuckle.

Hearing a commotion in the kitchen I sighed and turned to see that Rose had shattered a bowl.

Alice immediately went to introduce herself while I hung back with Jasper, knowing it was a lot to have to be around her blood. I put my hand on his arm comfortingly and he smiled genuinely at me, letting me know he appreciated it.

After the tense moment everything seemed to calm down and I spent the rest of the afternoon hanging out with my favorite family.

"What do you mean you can't come to baseball?" Rosalie complained on the phone.

"I mean my parents are acting weird and it's because of the um "animal attacks" and they don't want me out of the house. I promise I'll come to the next one, don't be to mean to Bella." I informed the blonde through the phone and heard a sigh.

"Yeah whatever, love you Luna."

"Love you to Rosie, say hi to the family for me." I said before hanging up.

"Was that a boy you just said love you to?" My mother asked noisily and I sighed.

"No mother it was my friend, just a friend." I grumbled.

"Well when the animal attacks stop you should go out more, make new friends." My mother pushed. Even the thought of going out made my heart beat faster. I hated meeting new people, I didn't like many people so I stuck to the same few, much to the annoyance of my mother who wished I could talkative like my brother Seth.

"That's not really my thing mom, I like the friends that I have." I muttered quietly before getting up.

Seeing my older sister sitting on the couch I joined her. Immediately she smiled at me but things had been a little strained between us since the whole Sam, Leah, Emily thing.

I felt bad for my sister but couldn't leave Emily since I knew the whole story, of course my sister wanted me to pick her side in the situation so choosing to be switzerland wasn't a good idea.

"Hey sissy." I greeted quietly.

"Mom talking to you about boys again?" Leah questioned, a sympathetic look on her face. I only nodded and she smiled at me, wrapping one of her arms around me. I happily snuggled into her side.

"Don't worry about love right now little sis, soon it will find you." She whispered as she stroked my hair, the action being so soothing I found myself falling asleep.
