The proposal 💍

Yoongi rubbed his hands together. He was nervous no doubt.

He made sure his soon to be fiancee was busy.

'I could have been with my girlfriend today!' Jin nagged as Yoongi took a turn into the mall's car park.

He made Jin's girlfriend take her out on a girly date.

'Shut up hyung, you agreed anyways!' Yoongi said, switching between looking at his side mirror and the rear mirror as he reversed into a parking lot.

'How dare you ask me to shut up? Hello!!! I am your hyung!!' Seokjin kept ranting even after Yoongi locked his car.

The entire walk to the jewellery store, Seokjin rant on and on about how the younger ones don't treat him like a hyung and all those.

'How are you going to propose though?' Seokjin asked as he took a seat next to Yoongi.

'It's Friday.' Yoongi stated, making Seokjin raise an eyebrow in confusion.

'Friday is date at the beach day.' Yoongi said, his eyes still scanning through the many sparkling jewels.

'I want it to be plain and simple, just like how she'll like it.' Yoongi said to the lady behind the counter.

After multiple jewels and multiple stores and multiple 'no's, Yoongi cane to the last jewellery shop they had in the mall. Seokjin had complained behind tired so in return, Yoongi kinda snapped and told him to go sit his old ass down in McDonalds or something.

'Annyeonghaseyo!' The workers greeted as Yoongi walked in.

'Sir, may I know what are you looking for?' A salesperson asked.

'Actually, I'm looking for an engagement ring but something simple but unique.' Yoongi said and the sales person nodded.

'Any price range or budget?' The sales person asked.

'Not really, I'll just buy anything really.' Yoongi shrugged.

'Maybe one of these would be your choice.' The salesperson asked before disappearing into a room behind. Coming back she held a tray that was sparkly before putting it down.

'These are limited edition rings that aren't for sale yet. Since none of these are your choice so I was thinking maybe you could be the first to buy from this edition. They're simple but at the same time it's unique because there's only ONE version of this in the entire world.' She explained. Yoongi listened and nodded.

His eyes scanned over each ring like a hawk until it handed on one. It was plain silver with small diamonds creating a pattern. One he's never seen before. [a/n; imagine a ring you want lmao im not good with jewellery yikes]

'I'll take this.' He smiled and pointed at it. After purchasing, he made his way to Seokjin.

'Found one?' Seokjin asked as he saw the familiar head walked into the deserted shop.

'Yeah.' Yoongi smiled.

'I'll call you!' The lass said out loudly as she parted ways with her best friend. It was now 6 pm and she was definitely late for her beach date with Yoongi.

It was a weekly thing they had. They both loved the beach so much but they're so busy so they take Friday as a day. They'll just lie on the sand as they talk about themselves, listening to the calm waves.

Sometimes they just fall asleep in each other's arms because they're too tired.

She rushed home and got changed into something appropriate. She ain't going to go to the beach with long jeans and super fancy clothes that made her seem like she went out shopping.
