Chapter Eight: News.

Axel's P.O.V.

"Why Is that?" I asked.

Kairo went Into his human form. He had let his blond Hair fall to his shoulders. He had stretched himself out and with his pale face he had opened his blood red eyes and looked Into me fully.

"She Is no longer a human your majesty," Kaito said. He had twirled his hair around his fingers as he began to think.

I took off my coat and tossed It aside. I had put on my blue jeans, red t-shirt and red high tops to follow under my organization uniform. I once again crossed my arms.

"That still doesn't answer my question. How is she going to dethrone me?" I asked.

Kairo sighed.

"She Was simply transformed Into a vampire. I reckon you know what follows along with their transformation. Am I correct?"

I nodded slowly.

This had to be some sort of joke. Why would Alex be a....vampire? How did she even cross paths with one?

I shook my head.

This made no sense whatsoever. Yet, for some reason it kinda does. Somehow I felt her close around me, like she had been around me all along through my life. I also somehow felt her around me even in twilight town. I had that same connection with her.

Even if I had destroyed it long ago.

Kairo placed his foot on the edge of the tower and he looked out to the city ahead.

"I don't understand why you even place your mind into concern with that....that....worthless bitch," Kairo sneered.

"If your parents hadn't started that war and got themselves blown up, I would bet you that if they had seen you step a toe out of line with that girl, they would have already killed you. Your father would have Already declared execution but, your older brother would have convinced him to stop." Kairo muttered.

I place my hands on my hips and shook my head.

"Man, your not as fun as you used to be," I started.

Kairo stared at me.

"Because you actually gave me incentive to actually work for you. I'm not meant to be a 'best buddy' for you, I'm supposed to be your advisor. There's a difference." He stated.

Footsteps echoed the area and I saw Saïx come, twirling a silver key around his finger. He paused when he saw Kairo and his face went sour. I heard a low growl come from his mouth.

"Just what are you doing here?" Saïx growled.

Kairo smirked.

"Doing some business if you don't mind dog," He said smugly.

"I'm even surprised Axel hasn't reported you to the local animal control center to take you back. Just look at all the fleas you bring along. Ugh, disgusting." He said, brushing fake fuzz from his shirt.

Saïx Narrowed his eyes sharply and bared some of his teeth and growled louder. A laugh softly erupted from Kairo and I quickly turned my head towards him.

"Kairo, you're dismissed." I ordered.

Kairo groaned but disappeared.

Weeks later....

Alex's P.O.V.

I straightened myself and looked at myself In the mirror. I had flattened my skirt and fixed my blouse. I clicked my heels of my school shoes together and smiled. Fuu brushed aside me In the bathroom and helped me with my last touches of preparation.

"Excited?"Fuu asked.

I didn't bother to nod my head in response. All I had done was merely smile.

"Fuu?"

"Hm?"

I looked down at my hands.

"Is it okay to be nervous to go to school when you know...when your different. I mean it's going to be hard not having you and the others around at the same school as me. I'm not going to have a person with me that shares the same abilities and-"

"Relax," She had cut in."The headmaster understands your condition and well to say, your not the only one with abnormal abilities. You actually aren't schooling with the humans. They have a secret part of the school which the humans don't know about and you'll be schooling with witches, wizards, werewolves, and other creatures. You'll also have classes that teach you specifically about your species." Fuu explained.

This was kinda strange... With all the weird stuff going on since I crashed in that accident...all the people I met...I had wielded a keyblade yet, it holds no purpose anymore. I suddenly found it besides the point of factor. Fuu pulled away and gave me a slight pat on my back.

"Your ready, why don't you head out now?"

I sighed.

"I'll see you after school then..I guess." I said.

She smiled." Alright be careful."

I had walked out the door and felt the cold morning breeze hit my face and I began to walk. I had seen some other kids walk across the street from me, seemingly they had headed my same route. I clutched my school bag in my hand.

A new journey awaited me.
