Chapter 12

Alexis' POV

We finished they're video so we were headed back to their apartment, I said to them,

"Sam, Colby could you drop me off at the nearest Starbucks from this spot please?"

Sam said,

"Yeah sure Alexis... Would one of us have to come pick you up after?"

"No, no I'll probably get the person to drive me back to my apartment but thank you"

"No problem Lexis"

A couple of minutes we were at a Starbucks, I got out of the car waved to them then quickly said.

"Thanks for the clothes!!"

They just laughed at me then they both said,

"No problem"

I waved again and with that they left. I walked into the Starbucks and got in line to order. I got to the cashier and got a Caffe Mocha, I then went to a booth and pulled out my phone and Ashton texted me saying,

Ashton's text message:
Hey Lex... I don't know how to say this but, I'm breaking up with you... It's not you, it's me I promise that

I just stood there shocked but I eventually got out of that state and said 'Okay Ash, talk later' he didn't answer me back which I knew would happen. I texted Liza saying 'Hey Liza, I'm at Starbucks but the one on Crenshaw Blvd... Sorry if it's far' she immediately texted me back saying

Liza's text message:
Hey Lex, okay I'll be there in 10... It's fine Lex it's only 10 minutes away, see you soon

I didn't text her back. Right at ten minutes Liza walks into the coffee shop, I start to wave my hand, she sees it and starts to walk over to me. I stand up and we hug. Once we let go she looks at clothes and asks,

"Sam or Colby's clothes?? Haha"

"Well these are Colby's clothes I have on now and in my grocery bag is some of Sam's clothes plus my dress haha"

"Okay haha, I'm going to go get a drink... Do you want another?"

I hesitated then said.

"Yeah sure, thanks, could I get a Caffe Mocha please"

"Yeah sure"

She then walked away from me. I pulled my phone out and saw a text message from David and another from Zane they said,

David's text message:
Hey Lex... Are you coming back to the apartment tonight?

Zane's text message:
Heyyyy Alexis... Uhmmm can I tell you a secret?

I laugh at Zane's text but not at David's because he's asked me that a lot now. I decide to text Zane first saying 'Heyyy Zane, sure go ahead, what's the secret?' I then texted David 'Dave I'll come knock on your door if I'm going back to my apartment tonight okay?' About five minutes later I got there text messages, they said.

David's text message:
Okay that would be... Good.

Zane's text message:
Okay, okay well we're drunk right now and David and Alex are like drunk drunk

I rolled my eyes at Zane's text message, I said to them 'Yeah?? Good' then Zane 'Zane that wasn't a secret you were stating a statement... I'm coming to pick them up I'll be there in like an hour' Liza came back and handed me my drink she then asked me,

"What happened? Why do you look mad?"

"Zane just told me that David and Alex are really really drunk so I told him I'll pick them up in an hour because that's how long it'll take for us to get there, I'm sorry Liza"
