Chapter 1

57.. 58.. 59.. 60!!! yes it's now 3:10! i thought to myself. It was Feb.10th a Friday and i couldn’t wait to get out of school. With only 7 minutes left i started packing up my things when i heard the sound of a chair scrap the ground next to me. Looking up, my eyes meet with the deep blue eyes of Seth Jones, one of the cutest guys in our grade. My heart made a silly little jump of joy that he was even looking a me. His brown hair was just in his eyes making him look even cuter, if that was even possible.  His lips looked a soft, kissable, light pink, and his cheeks were almost... no thats impossible. Why would he be blushing? That's when I noticed he looked almost nervous. Again my heart leaped. Was Seth Jones really nervous to talk to me, Brielle Kelly?


"Hey... My friends payed me $6 to come over here..." he said. I could barely breath an "oh" as my heart fell.


Of course Seth didn’t want to talk to me. I should have know. Why would anyone want to talk to blond, blue eyed, sweet smiled, soft spoken, random, silly, and nobody Brielle Kelly? I cursed my heart for even believing. But just then the bell went off. Smiling quickly at him I got up and almost ran for the door. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Rushing to my locker, I found Enna, one of my best-friends at school, already at her locker.

"Hey, Enna you will never guess what just happened to me." i said while twisting in my locker combo. Sweeping her beautiful brown locks over her shoulder she asked "what?"  Curiosity filled her blue eyes. Dropping my books, and grabbing my winter coat, i started to tell her of Seth and his bet with his friends. A small smile filled her pink lips.

“Ooer, his friends wouldn’t have made him do it if he wasn’t interested in you.” she replied making my heart jump a little again. Honestly my heart would like it if a complete stranger winked at me.

“oh no don’t you dare start getting my hopes up! You know what happened last time.” Liam Sharelove is what happened. I fell head over heels of this boy, even though he was the worst match possible. And the small fact that he never even looked at me twice.

“Your right sorry. It’s just you’d be so cute together.” i replied with my best death glare.

“Alright, alright sorry!” Enna yelled after me.

“Bye see you Monday morning” i yelled back as i ran for my bus. It was Friday, and me and Audrey were having a 'sleep’ over. We were going to stay up late, gossip, eat junk food, and watch movies. Our favorite Friday past time.

“Audrey!! soo good to see you!!! you ready for a fun night?” i asked her as i opened the door to my moms apartment.

“ready as always!!” she replied almost jumping in excitement. Her dark brown almost black hair bouncing at her shoulders, and her ruby lips in the biggest smile every. Audrey had been my bestfriend now for 4 years. We told each-other everything. I was soo happy to see Audery, i almost forgot to mention the days events to her. Well that is until I heard a ping from my iphone. As I jumped up yelling “My berries!!"  I looked to see what is was, guessing my berries were ready to harvest, I wasn’t ready to see what is was.

Audrey seeing my shocked face asked “what happen? did your berries die?” i little giggle escaping her lips.

“i wish,” i said, “anything but this.”

“what are you talking about?” confusion filling her brown eyes

“Seth Jones just face-booked me!!!”

“ooer! what did he say?!?!?!” she almost screamed.

“Heey sorry about that today.. I’m not really sure why my friends wanted me to do that so bad..” i read loud off my phone. Confusion still clearly on her face, I started to explain what had happened to me in science earlier that day. Earning a glare from Audrey. Which i guess i deserved, i mean how could i not have told her this earlier?!?  She was my  bestie after all and this was one of the cutest guys in my grade!

“omgwhkp!! wow and now he just texted you an apologie? Some things def up” she smiled the biggest grin ever. I so wanted to slap her. but instead i just rolled me eyes and said “no he’s just being a descent guy.” i was really trying to not get my hopes up. I seem to fall like leaves in well Fall.

“now the hard part, how the hell do i reply?” i wanted to scream!

“be brave, tell him what you think!”

“alright! i will! “Lolz ya what eve... They were just being idiots.. :) I don't care but did you have to start the convo with "my friend payed me $6 to come sit here"?”
 I might come off a little strong but thats how i feel!

Then a few moments later my phone light up with his name again  “Yeah sorry about that:/. I didn’t realyy no what to say.. Pretty embarrassing I just wanted to let u no that it's nothing against u whatsoever..”  I decided to let him off the hook, i mean he had just apologized. “ Lol I don't care really :) “ Again a few moments later he replied with “Ok well thanks lol:)” GOD Seth was sweet!! As much as i hate to admit it. We talked all night long until i fell asleep on him. With Audrey long since asleep i had no one to keep me up, so when he took just a second to long to say he was falling asleep, i already was.
