we were headed to new orleans, there was one last guy we needed, he was part of that group I was in but el didnt know that. She thinks im taking a tiny sample, well I am but those animal instincks were kicking in, striker also told me that this one needed to be kicked, that he was getting in the way.

So far eloise has been fine, she loves to travel but at some point ill need to distract her. I cant have her being put in danger. We walked through the streets as celebration went on, I could smell jimmy even in this crowd, I tried to seem calm went eloise was looking my way. She smiled and curled into me chest "i like this part of the job, why'd I stop" she giggled.

I laughed but I then smelt jimmy scent again but stronger, there was also another scent "there you are" I whispered. I looked own to eloise, I needed her out of the way "hey thats it?" I said pointing to a bar she raised and eyebrow "how do you know?" she asked as she slightly let go of me. I tapped my nose making he smirk "of course" she then walked forward and into the bar. I watched her go in but I had to slip away, hopefully she doesn't realise anything, then again she is a smart one.

ELOISE POV

victor told me about this logan guy, him and victor were like brothers and fought the was toghter... thats weird to say. I looked around the dim light room, victor was taking the back so that no one could slip away. So far I couldnt see anyone who looked like victors description. I was about to turn aback but the I heard women laughing.

I looked over to a certain table with a flashy guy playing with a deck of cards, girls were all around this one guy that was doing tricks with a deck of cards. Thats when I saw the guy in front of him, I smelled the air using victors scent power "there you are" I smirked as I went over, I was just a few steps away when suddenly "those are mighty fine tags you have there... the people who took me had ones just like them" I could feel the tension in the room.

I was about to move when suddenly a card flew are smacked logan out of his seat. I jumped back and waited to see what happens, I was right to do so since the guy stood up but soon went through a freaking wall. The card guy then got up and walk towards the hole in the wall as I followed slowly behind.

Now when I saw it was an alley way they entered I went in all smug "alright boys. Now play nice"i smirked as I walked into the alley way but then I saw something the truly caught me off guard. Victor hovering over a dead body, he looked to us as he placed away a test tube, his face changed as he saw me "eliose..." he whispered but I shook my head as I stepped away, he stood up as he came forward.

Suddenly the logan guy stepped in the way "victor" he said as he seemed to get more angry. I stepped way but he turned to me "who are you?" he growled but I grabbed the other guy and threw him toward logan as I began to run.

What was victor doing, I could smell it, he was a mutant. Victor is killing are own kind. I ran towards the crowds as I knew my scent would mix and get lost, I pushed my way through as I felt tears burning at my eyes. I knew he couldn't fully change, he's a killer and I would never be enough to change that. I didn't look back, I couldn't he might be right there but then again, so could logan.
