Always being positive and never angry/hateful is nearly impossible. Yes, I understand, we are all human and we all do things that are negative or regretful.
It's OKAY. You can get angry, you can hurt--just make sure you try to fix the damage done afterwards. It's not how you start something, it's if and how you end it.
So I encourage you to let it out, but be aware--be alert--and make sure you're positive afterwards. Be human, but be a strong human. Show that you are capable of integrity and correction and support and care.
Trust me, it's the best thing you can truly do.
