RUKAYYA's Brief biography
Rukayya Umar Farukh, a 2nd daughter to the well know politican and contractor. Popularly known as RUKKY. I am from sokoto and lives there, SAMA ROAD SOKOTO. Was a student of Usman Danfodiyo University Sokoto(UDUS). I obtained my 1st degree there . Not proud but one of the most prettiest and bravest student😊. I love writing and reading novels🤗. Am very social. Music is my thing✔️. Not a fan of makeup buh i apply some occasionally. Rukky.....
RUKKY's POV "RUKKY!!! Come down here, Baba is calling you" zee shouted from downstairs
I hissed "gani zuwa" I know its something about marriage😢
I salamed and only saw zee at the parlor "ke where is he" "yana kaina" said zee "ke am i your mate?" I said a little bit pissed 😡
"Yana dakinshi" "aw shine baki gayamun yana can ba yanxu sai kinsani komawa" i said angry "mtsww" I hissed
I salamed and entered, saw him reading newspaper "baba ina wuni" i greeted "lafiya Qlu Rukayya" he answered. My heart beating hard... "Rukayya" called baba in a serious tone "You know you are not getting younger, so i and your mum are getting you married to someone we thought would be Best for you. We are very proud of your achievements of being a successful Medical Doctor." Silence.....
"so if kinada wanda kikeso ki gayamin" "No baba i have no one" i said, my heart beating faster "MaShaa Allah, so zamu baki time for you to think abin it and later introduce him to you. Bazamu maki dole ba, if bai maki ba feel free and let me know or your mum kinji?" He asked. I nodded in agreement along with "InShaa Allah and baba your choice will forever be mine" "still dai jekiyi tunani, Allah maki albarka" he prayed, Amin baba🙏
I stood up quietly and left his room to mine.... who should i call sef🤔. So I decided to call Amirah my best friend who has been married with triplet.... i dialed her number and she picked on the first ring
"Hello idiot" i said letting out chuckles
"Hey dr ruks" she laughed
"How are my children and you?"I said
" aw su zaki farà tambaya before me" she said faking anger
"Eh din whatever, nidai i want to talk to you, could we please meet someone not here nor your house, somewhere refreshing dai" "okay mu hadu chicken n franks by 5 and don't keep me waiting da banzan lateness naki wallahi" she warned. I chuckled
"Arassa (okay in korean language)" okay bye Mylove is back" she hung up. Sighhh
I looked at my black n silver wall clock hung in my room, seeing it was 3:57 already, so i got dressed.
Soon I heard the call to Asr prayer so I pulled my praying mat n hijab and prayed. Went to Baba's room "Salam Alaikum" i said "waalaikumul salam" he answered " baba barka da wuni, please inaso inje gun Amirah" I asked " Toh besafe, but karki kai maghrib fa" he warned " InShaa Allah i wont, saina dawo" with that I exited his room to my car Due to the distance between my house and chicken n franks, it took me 45minutes to be there.
I arrived 5minutes to 5 but Amirah wasn't there so I ordered for fresh orange juice.... In about 10minutes, the bighead i call best friend arrived. When did you start being prompt? She asked teasingly. "Come on order something kizo" I glared
After explaining to her what Baba said, she laughed in excitement...
"So who's the lucky guy?" She asked "Yo ni nasani ne😏"
She then said "Okay tell Baba that kin amince da choice nashi, i know he will be very happy". "
Alright i will but not now because dauka zaiyi am desperate too" i said😒 Amirah laughed.
We talked about random things then I escort her to her car before i zoomed off too.............
I salamed finding no one in the parlor and went straight to my room to change and perform ablution before the call to maghrib......
