~Sneaky Fox~

Ruthie's POV

After we got home we were cuddling on the couch and I guess I fell asleep because I woke up later. I felt a feathery kiss on my forehead and Nikki said, "Dinner is ready, sleepy." I love waking up to see her face. And I really love waking up from a kiss. She is my world. My universe. My everything.

My train of thought was cut off when she picked me up and began to carry me to the kitchen. She sat me down on one of our chairs and pushed my chair in. She treats me so well. When I looked at the food, I saw that it was my favorite, a supreme pizza! Ugh food is just so good. I had a slice and felt a soft hand on my leg. I leaned over the table to give her a quick kiss then I patted her was before running away. She ran after me but I quickly changed direction and slipped past her. I thank my short height for that. I wanted to run up the stairs but I tripped over the second step and quickly turned over. By that point she had caught up to me and was towering over top of me. I started to back away, knowing there was no more running. She leaned over and got so close to my face I could feel her face. I closed my eyes but felt a pat on my head. I opened my eyes and saw her walking to the couch and sitting down, gesturing next to her for me to grab a blanket and cuddle with her. She grabbed the remote and went to Netflix. ( Not gonna do it.... Not gonna do it.)

We settled on a very childish movie called The Nut Job. It was a movie about these squirrels and other talking animals that were fighting for food before the winter. As childish as it was, it was really funny... And that title though. It was good for passing time, too. It's fun to actually go out and do things, but during the school week, I really just want to cuddle at home.

Soon we decided to play some video gays.. I mean games. I got up to grab the controllers and turn on our X-Box. We decided to play Five Nights at Freddy's because it's kinda a fun game. We both love watching YouTubers play it, so we bought it and we occasionally play it. I sat on her lap as the game began and she gently rubbed my back. It was really fun until Chica jumped out of nowhere and Nikki screamed. I laughed at her for a while and when she recovered from the scare, she glared at me. The next thing I knew I was flat on my back and she was kissing me. I instantly kissed her back. This human makes me so happy.

"Tomorrow we're gonna skip school and go shopping." Nikki stated.

"Hot Topic?"

"Hell yes!"

I turned the alarm on my phone off before I forgot, and changed the tv to YouTube. I went to Jack's channel to watch the two videos he posted today. He uploads both of them while we're at school, so I usually watch them as soon as I get home. Hannah got me addicted to him in middle school, but no one will ever be as obsessed as her.

At around 10pm we decided to randomly ask each other questions about our future. How many kids do we each want? Do we want boys or girls? Where do we want to live? When we move again, apartment or house? What jobs we want? We rarely ever ask serious questions like this but we were simply enjoying our company together.

We started joking around with each other and started wrestling. Once she pushed me and I almost fell off the bed, but she quickly grabbed me. I turned it on her and pushed her on her back before stealing all the blankets and running to closet. I made a cocoon by wrapping the blankets around me and waited for her to come open the closet. I heard movement and got ready for her to come over but then I heard the bedroom door close. She went downstairs so I got up but kept the blankets on. I ran down the stairs but couldn't find her anywhere. When I went back upstairs, she was laying on the bed with a new blanket. She must've hid in the closet when I ran past and went back to the bed. She's too damn sneaky. She's like a sneaky fox. So mysterious and unpredictable.

I laid down next to her and soon fell asleep, dreaming of what we'll do tomorrow~
