Phan Oneshots

Wedding

A/N: Heyy this has been a long time coming but whatever I'm writing this on my phone and I'm only midly inspired so it may not be very good

     Dan paced nervously in one of the back rooms of the venuer. In the background, Louise and Cat snickered at him.
   "What if he doesn't say 'I do'? What if he backs out from the pressure? Did we do this too soon?" He asks nervously. Louise got up and placed a hand on Dan's shoulder.
   "Dan, you and I both know very well that Phil loves you with all of his heart. You've been together for 13 years, damnit! This is not too soon at all!" She says with a smile. Dan nods and turns to the mirror to adjust his tie for the 9th time.
   "I'm so excited! I'm probably going to cry so hard he entire time." Cat says and grins widely at Dan. He sighs, "You're not the only one..". This causes Louise and Cat to squeal and they both hug Dan.
     After making some small talk and reminiscing on their days together, PJ opened the door and waked in. He hugged Dan and smiled, "Well, I believe it is almost time. I can't believe it, I'm so happy for you guys." Dan just smiled and thanked him. They four exited the room. Dan checked his hair in the reflection of a window and began to realize the pounding that was his heart in his chest.
     This was it. This was the day that Dan Howell married Phil Lester.
     Soon enough, the wedding began. It started Darcy paving the way for everyone by throwing out black and white rose petals, and ended with PJ and Sophie walking down the aisle, then going to their respective sides.  Everyone waited for a while, Dan with his back to the door.
     Then, the sound of the double doors opening and foot steps filled the quiet room. Dan turned around to see Phil, the love of his life, accompanied by his father. Dan's hand instantly flew to his mouth, and tears filled his eyes. Everyone in the room "awed" and Dan nervously chuckled.
     Phil was wearing a navy suit with black slacks. His hair had been styled to perfection, except for the parts he had nervously picked at. To top it all off, Louise and Sophie had convinced Phil to put some small, white flowers into his hair. Dan thought he looked absolutely beautiful.
     Phil was smiling brighter than ever. Dan was in literal all black, and you'd think he was to attend a funeral. Phil noticed the tears on Dan's face as he stepped up to the alter. He placed a hand on Dan's cheek, and Dan placed his hand on top of Phil's.
   "Don't cry," spoke Phil, with tears threatening to fall from his own eyes, "it's only begun!".
      The priest went over the usual crap. All the while, Heart-Eyes-Howell and Lovey-Eyes-Lester broke loose and had the whole crowd snapping pictures. Eventually, it came time for the vows. Dan recited his first.
     "You bet I never thought I'd marry my internet crush. Phil, where do I even begin? If I didn't have you, I wouldn't have anything. You made my life the way it is. You are next to me, in my life. You are such a beautiful, kind, and thoughtful person. It's just so weird that such a beautiful soul could ever love me, a full time internet hobo. And an internet homo, at that. I love you, Phil and I'm ready to spend the rest of my life with you." His speech ended in more tears, this time from everyone.
     Next, obviously, was Phil.
   "First off, I'd like to say that I'm so~ happy that everyone is here. Anyway, Dan, you are my best friend in the entire world. I cannot describe how happy I am to spend everyday with you, and I'm looking forward to spending the rest of my days with you. You make me feel so loved! You're such a special person. I hope you know that I will love you for the rest of time."
     The priest called for the rings while Dan and Phil gazed into each others eyes, smiling. Chris was the ring bearer, and he outstretched his arm in between Dan and Phil. Dan took the ring first, and placed it upon Phil's finger. He recieted the words after they left the Priest's mouth, as did Phil.
     Then came the moment everyone was waiting for.
   "Then, by the power invested in me, I now pronounce you Mr. and Mr. Dan Howell. You may kiss."
     Dan breathed in and was about to close his eyes, savoring the moment. Phil, however, couldn't wait. His hands shot up to the sides of Dan's face. Dan wrapped his arms around Phil's torso and leaned in more. Throughout the room echoed cheers and an overall feeling of love and happiness.
     Later that night, everyone gathered for dinner. The atmosphere was light and cheerful. Dan and Phil could not stop pecking each others lips or resting their heads on each others shoulder. They were very much in love. They dined on sushi and pasta (Phil's idea) and moderately priced wine.
     After the food, they were coaxed to the dancefloor for the first dance. Muse's 'Falling Away With You' filled the room as the two men held each other closely, gazing into each other's eyes once more. In that moment, the intimacy between the two was as strong as ever.
     The love shared between the two was indescribable and felt by everyone around them. Their love for each other consumed their entire being. It sounds extreme and sappy, but in truth the one could not be without the other. Dan felt, as did Phil, as though his life was meant to be shared by his partner. They were perfect for each other and would not have it any other way.
     After their dance ended, other couples and friends joined in for 'Wonderwall' by Oasis. As the night progressed, everyone found themselves lost in merriment and dance. Slowly, people announced their leave until just the wedding party and a few others were left.
     With the help of everyone in the room, both Phil and Dan (ew that hurt) cleaned up a majority of the mess. They said their final goodbyes to everyone and began the drive back to their hotel. They held each other's hands the entire way home. The next day, they would pack their things and head out for the honeymoon, which would be in Greece.
     On that night, a new life for two men began.

A/N: heyy another authors note. Sorry for any mistakes btw i dont have the time or motivation to edit so..
I worked on this for like a week and its really long and boring but whatever. I didn't know how to end it and I think it was a little sappy. I also hit my head on the wall while writing this and it hurt :(
