Chapter 1

Like any other day, Do Kyungsoo's life started as usual. His morning began at 7; precisely after 6 punches of the snooze button, 10 minutes apart. Opening his eyes lazily, Kyungsoo yawned. He stretched his short limbs, sprawling lazily on his bed. For the last time he reached out his hands to grab the alarm clock on his bedside table. Punching the snooze button for the sixth and last time, he growled by the fact that he couldn't make any other attempt to dive back into his wonderful dream of doughnuts with sprinkles of Heaven and glassy topping, and of course, chocolates. Lots of chocolates.

Do kyungsoo loved chocolates, the sweetest thing human had ever made. Certainly not the ones with raisins though. He shivered just by the thought.

Kyungsoo whined, mourning upon the fact that he had to leave his beloved bed. Warmth began to seep out rapidly once he took the comforter off of his body.

"Don't worry buddy, we will be reunited soon. I promise," he whispered huskily to his bed.

Kyungsoo took a good amount of time taking a bath and put on the first shirt that came across his eyes; his favorite Pororo printed shirt. A bit childish, but it's really comfortable to wear. He folded up twice on the arms, tucked the edge of his shirt inside his simple black pants and secured it with a belt over. Grooming his disheveled hair a bit, and voila! He was good to go to class.

At the age of 19, Kyungsoo still pretty much had the same morning routine he did since he was ten. He wore no perfume, apply no fancy things to smoothen his soft, fluffy hair, and don't even talk about skincare products to him. Kyungsoo couldn't comprehend why people deliberately applied icky stuff on their faces. Gross.

Kyungsoo dragged his body to the kitchen, where his mother had prepared his favorite breakfast dish; scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, potato mash, and pan-fried bacon.

"Good morning baby, what class will you have today?" Mrs. Do chirped as she placed slices of bacon onto her only child's plate.

Kyungsoo seemed to not hear his mother. He plopped down on the seat looking at the yummy breakfast his mother made. Then he got busy stuffing his mouth with food and forgot to answer his mother. A few big chomps later he remembered.

"Only two classes, statistics and mmamogagemmmment.." Kyungsoo shoved more food into his small mouth and munched with an appreciative groan.

Mrs. Do shook her head with a chuckle. She let it slide and just watched her son eat.

Kyungsoo deemed his mother's dish as the best, and as her prodigy, he more or less had inherited her talent in cooking. Tuesday afternoon was mother and son bonding time, the precious moment for them to create some obnoxious experimental dishes, which, more often than not, turned out to be delicious. Kyungsoo dared anyone to say anything but delicious after tasting his kimchi spaghetti.

Just after he finished munching the last bite, a certain annoying horn honking faintly filled the room. Kyungsoo scrunched up his face and grunted. It was an undeniable and highly unpleasant cue that he should hurriedly go. Sehun's patience was as thin as the waffles they served at his college canteen, and those waffles taste was just as plain as Sehun's expression everytime he talked, walked and breathed, unless he talked with, walked with, and breathed the same air as his precious Lulu.

Before Luhan met Sehun, he and Luhan took the train everywhere. Then that boyfriend of his bestfriend insisted to pick Luhan up in the morning the day after they declared their relationship, but Luhan refused to leave his habit of going to school together with Kyungsoo. And thus, despite Kyungsoo's strong refusal, Luhan made Sehun to pick up Kyungsoo as well.
