A boy was walking back and forth outside the IT faculty. He tapped his feet nervously, stopped for a second, and walked away before finally going back to his previous spot with trudged, heavy steps. He stared at the entrance in a hopeful glance, yet running so fast to hide his petite body behind a tree whenever he saw someone coming out of the exit gate.

The boy peeked behind the tree to see who was coming out, feeling his tummy doing somersaults thinking that he was finally able to meet the person he was not certainly sure he wanted to meet, and sighing in disappointment once he found out that the person was not the one he had been waiting for.

He un-hide himself from the tree, dragging himself closer to the gate only to wobble back and un-unhiding himself when he sensed someone coming closer. Kyungsoo could not decide whether he should be relief or disappoint when once again, the person was not the one he had been waiting for. He surely would be in a nervous breakdown if he kept up with this pace.

Kyungsoo's waiting period was coming to an end as he spotted the one he had been looking for. Kai was walking outside the gate with confidence. His athletic body was covered with a slim fitting white shirt and a pair of slightly sag, straight jeans. Only by then Kyungsoo realized that Kai was a looker.

Kyungsoo bit his upper lip, getting hesitated to make an approach. He was so nervous he could've passed out anytime; his chest was really tight and there was this overwhelming fluttering pain that made him difficult to breathe. His stomach felt queasy he felt like throwing up.

To see Kai better, Kyungsoo pressed his cheek to the tree he was hiding behind. Before deciding his next move, a girl ran cutely toward Kai, circling her hand around his arm like a leech. Kyungsoo thought that Kai would at least unclasp her hand, but no. He looked at the girl, nodded at whatever she was saying to him, and continued his walk nonchalantly with the girl plastering herself on him.

Kyungsoo felt a painful crazy feeling inside his heart seeing the scene. It felt like his heart was just squished hard, he couldn't breathe for a second. Without hesitation he quickly made his way toward Kai, his heart was pounding fast inside his chest. Kyungsoo had this sudden urge to do a very mean thing to the girl, maybe pulling up the girl's micro skirt or something (he could not think of any other possible mean things).

In contrary to the words he had building up inside his head, Kyungsoo had a difficulty to talk when he was just a few steps behind Kai. Clearing out his throat, he tried to speak in his normal voice. It came out like a squeak. "H-hi Kai...," he stuttered.

Kai turned his head, trying to find the source of voice. He frowned. "Kyungsoo? What are you doing here?"

Kyungsoo felt light headed. He almost ran away when their eyes met. He got scared even though he was excited to see Kai. Kyungsoo swore he would go crazy by this mixed feeling.

"Who is he, Kai?" asked the annoying girl before Kyungsoo was able to say something.

Kai smiled to the girl. "This is Kyungsoo. He goes to the same college but in the different faculty."

Kyungsoo felt his stomach tightened, as if it was tied in a knot. A pressure built in his chest, threatening to burst anytime. Kai introduced him like he was a mere acquaintance, far from being someone significant. He abruptly felt sick to his stomach; Kyungsoo realized that what he's feeling was jealousy. He was too used of Kai pampering him and treating him like he was the most precious thing, and so the idea of Kai being close with anyone but him gave pangs of shuddering wracked all over his body.
