It was safe to say that his mother chose the perverted brat over him, her only blood and flesh who she conceived for nine months before finally came into the world, filling up her dull, lonely life. Kyungsoo complained his mother about the matter, and her only answer was that Prince Assam was tall and gorgeous and perfect. He didn't trouble her a bit instead of Kyungsoo who made her and ugly whale for the whole nine months and six days. 'Just do whatever he wants,' his mother said as she shushed him.

"Mom, how could you?' Kyungsoo cried his heart out.

This was actually the perfect moment in a drama when the main actress threw herself into her bed in misery. Her trembling hands would have been clutching tightly on the soft pillows, wetting them by crying a Han River as she mourned her miserable, misfortune fate, maybe like, being forced to be engaged to a wealthy godly handsome businessman. She checked her Samsung 6 Note (which both the poor and super rich seemed to have in K-dramas) and cried as she stared at the equally poor boyfriend of her's photo she had set as her phone's background. Life was indeed unfair for her. Yeah, right.

Kyungsoo used to think like that, but now he completely understood the despair feeling. He would've run to the poor girl and giving her empathy hugs if he could. He could relate, really. Except that he didn't own Samsung 6 Note and Kim Jongin was not godly handsome, tch he wishes, Kyungsoo scowled.

Kim Jongin. The raisins that were stubbornly forced its way inside his supposed to be yummy chocolate bar. Not even at his own home, his used to be sanctuary, could he have a peaceful life. Luhan was his only savior, the one who kept him safe in the pervert-free zone.

In the morning, Luhan insisted to pick Kyungsoo up painfully early so that the ass grabber couldn't lay a hand on his precious baby.

'Good bye snooze button, your good deed will always be remembered.' Kyungsoo stared glumly at his alarm clock, which was ringing happily despite his miserable state. 6 am. Kyungsoo had an urge to cry. He was forced to take a shower at this inhumane time because of that pervert.

Luhan picked him up (well it's actually Sehun; Luhan was sitting beautifully next to the stoic male on the passenger seat) at 7.00 am sharp.

"Mom, I'm going!" Kyungsoo shouted, running downstairs hurriedly.

"Why are you leaving so early? Won't you have your breakfast first?" Mrs. Do walked out of the kitchen.

"No need mom, I'm leaving, okay?" Kyungsoo kissed her mother's cheek and ran outside to meet his friends.

Kyungsoo greeted his friends and sat on the passenger seat behind. "Lu, I can just take the bus you know?" he said with a desperate sigh after he had a seat inside the car.

"No. Say one more thing about being a burden, and I swear I'm going to castrate you,"  Luhan hissed between his gritted teeth. He smiled broadly, squinting his feline eyes at Kyungsoo with a dangerous serial killer glint lingered in his eyes. Kyungsoo shivered. He decided to put down the matter. You do not mess with an angry deer.

Lulu softened his gaze and patted his precious friend's head lovingly. "Don't worry baby, this will be over soon. He will get tired eventually."

"I know..." Kyungsoo sighed in sadness. "Soon the sun will go on shining, the sea will rush to shore..." He breathed out, staring through the window at the gloomy morning.
