Kuno's POV

I was back at the 'living room' supervising those idiots that dare broke my expensive Statue made out of expensive diamonds.

Yes, diamonds. That was a family treasure, assh*les.

And seriously!?

How the heck can anyone destroy a diamond scuplture. I mean. . . Diamonds. . . Really. . . ?

How weirder can they get. . . ? Are they not-!?

Oh wait. . . . I forgot I'm not exactly normal too. . .

'Sh*t. . . I'm a damn hypocrite. . .'

"Ah. . .K-Kuno. . . ? Y-you've been g-glaring at that p-poor plant f-for a while n-now, hoshi. . ." A timid voice reached my ears as I snapped out of my trance.

The first thing I notice was military based clothes. . . The second thing was the disregarded broom on his left hand.

I sighed and placed my face on my palms, slightly rubbing my aching head.

"Thank you, Yukio. . . Please, just get back to work. . ."

"A-Are you s-sure your fine, tho. . . ?"

"Yes, just. . . Stressed. . . Now GO TO WORK."

"Y-YES, hoshi. . . !"

He gave me one of his mock salutes before dashing out of my sight.

I took a quick glance at the area and found some of them lagging behind with the cleaning.

I clicked my tounge before putting my head in my hands.

"I thought I made it fvcking clear that EVERYONE would Clean. . ."

Some heads swivled around to look at me with a mixture of awe and fear while others just shuddered before hurrying up.

I know that I shouldn't be this mad at the guys but. . . It's just that being somewhere else without Cielo by my side makes me so. . . short tempered?

No. Not exactly the right term. . .

My eyes snapped open as I stare into nothing. Surprising as it is, I have to admit. . .I was needy.

And no. Not sexually needy. It's. . . the need for attention. . . ? What?

"Kuno?" A soothing voice interrupted my thoughts.

I raised my head up and my eyes came in contact with dark blue ones, filled with concern and worry.

Xiao Lan gave me a closed eye smile before placing a cup of tea in my hands.

"Sichuan lovage, a chinese tea. . . It helps you with the headaches. . . gradually. . . I have some more if you would like."

I grinned at him tiredly before shaking my head. I thanked him for the tea as he similed at me. Then he took the broom he set aside, to help with the cleaning.

I inhaled the relaxing scent of the tea before taking a sip. I leaned back into the swivel chair, I was sitting on, as the warm liquid reaches the back of my throat.

I was cradling the cup with both of my hands when I heard mild footsteps.

I craned my head to my left before finding nothing. Then I turned to the other side to find the same results. Nothing. I shrugged before continuing my supervision.
