Okay, before we begin, I just wanted to thank all of you for more than 600 views!!! I am so excited! EEEKKKK! Anyways, I also wanted to tell you that I have started a new Harry Potter Fanfic called trouble with time. Either search it using the search button, or check out my page! I'm hoping it'll be a huge success just like this one! Also I wanted to thank Altheameah121, although she prefers to be called Althea, for putting up with my constant chatter on Wattpad. I am ever so grateful to you, and if I can ever repay the favor, let me know. For now, let Sophie's story continue! -Sophitzlover

Sophie ran downstairs, closely followed by Keefe to see who was at the door. She quickly threw it open to find two people, with jet black hair dipped in silver. Tam and Linh.

"Hey, guys!" said Sophie, ushering her guests in the house. Keefe glared at Tam.

"Hey, Bangs Boy. How're you doing? Dipped your hair lately? It looks different." Tam scowled, self consciously tugging his metal tipped hair.

"No, I didn't. Say, your hair looks sloppier than normal. Maybe you should get that checked." Tam retorted. Now it was Keefe's turn to scowl.

"Hey, break it up!" said Sophie stepping between the two. "We are here to make a plan to find my parents and have some fun. Could you please stop it?" Tam reluctantly nodded, but Keefe remained rigid. "Keefe?" prodded Sophie.

"Fine, Foster, but only for you. Once we leave, however, Shadow Kid over here will get a complete bashing." Keefe relented.

"As will Feelings Foe." replied Tam with equal vengeance. Sophie sighed. This was hopeless.

"Hey, Sophie, can I talk to you for a minute?" asked Linh shyly. Sophie turned to her friend.

"Of course, Linh. Come on up to my room so we can talk about it in private. Mom!" called Sophie. Edaline's amber head poked into the room.

"Yes, hon?" she asked.

"Can you make sure that these two don't get in a fist fight while I talk to Linh for a few minutes?" asked Sophie.

"Sure." said Edaline kindly. "And you two," she said turning to the boys "If you fight with each other, I will have Grady come in and Mesmer you to stop. Understood?"

"Understood." replied the boys sullenly.

"Come on," said Sophie, leading Linh up to her room. Linh immediately sat on Sophie's bed, and buried her face in her hands. "Linh, what's wrong?" asked Sophie, putting an arm around her friend.

"I don't know what to do!" Linh whispered.

"What to do about what?" prodded Sophie gently.

"EVERYTHING!" cried Linh. "I just- I don't know."

"What happened?" asked Sophie.

"Promise you won't tell anyone?" begged Linh.

"Only Edaline." assured Sophie.

"Well, I, uh, have a crush on Fitz, and I think he... likes me back." Sophie's throat turned tight, and she felt herself growing angry.

Control your anger, Sophie she told herself, desperate not to let her emotions get the better of her. You don't know that he likes her back

"Sophie, are you okay? You suddenly turned red and white in a matter of seconds!" said Linh, concerned.

"I'm fine." said Sophie, hating her voice from quivering.

"Did you hear what I said?" asked Linh.

"Oh, I heard." said Sophie, trying to calm down.

"What should I do about it?" asked Linh innocently. Suddenly the doorbell rang.

"That'll be the rest of them." Said Sophie quickly, running out of the room. How could Linh like Fitz? I mean, it was obvious now that she started thinking about it. Would Fitz like her back? What would happen if he did? She would die if he liked Linh. Suddenly an inspiration hit her. She would stage a game of truth or dare that night, and find out Fitz's true feelings. It was the best way, she told herself. All she had to do now was hope that Linh was wrong, and Fitz didn't like her back.
