My Possesive Fiance

What happened?

Kate POI:

I don't know why but Oliver was acting a little weird. He's not talking much and looking at me like I'm an untouchable. Last night he was fun and I liked him but why wasn't he talking to me much?

We reached our school. He didn't even bother to look at me, he left for his room. Cursing under my breath I reached my room. Vicky was already in the room, she changed a lot. Her hair was lengthy and bright red.

As soon as I entered she hugged me. "Hey, how are you? It's so good to see you."

"I'm fine Vicky and it's so good to see you too."

"I brought cookies from home my mom made them for you. She said you should eat them all."

"Oh, thanks Vicky give lots of love to her when you call her."

I took cookies from her hand and they were the best cookies I've had. I forgot about Oliver while talking to Vicky. She's talking about their parents how happy they were for her as she's doing very well here. And they were also happy as she got me as her friend.

I wished I could talk to her about everything but I needed time. First I have to accept the engagement then 'I will definitely tell her' I thought.

Next day we were walking through the corridor to our class suddenly I fell. I tumbled down and my nose hit the floor. I couldn't see because of pain. Then two pairs of hands supported me to stand up.

But then suddenly something hit in my mind I fell because someone put their leg in the way. By the voices I recognized that they both were Vicky and Rob. They took me to the nurse's room. I don't know when, I opened my eyes and no one was there. Then I remembered that Vicky and I were walking through the corridor then Vicky called Rob suddenly I fell.

No one was there except we three. Then who's leg was it? Slowly I got up my nose was still paining, I went to the class. I had skipped 2 classes this was class with Vicky, Rob and Oliver.

As soon as I entered Vicky came to my aid and helped me. She sat beside me and asked me whether I was okay. I nodded and asked if there was another person in the corridor.

"Yeah, Oliver was there Kate. He acted strangely when you fell down he said he forgot something and left without helping you."

There was a ping in my heart, I felt very bad. Why did he start hating me? What have I done?

"Vicky, I think he was the reason I fell down." I told her. I couldn't hold everything back from Vicky. I need someone to comfort me.

Horror struck her face. "What?" she said as her eyes widened.

"No Kate why would he do that? He doesn't have anything against you." 

"I don't know Vicky." Then I started explaining the scenes from the train. Suddenly our teacher warned us to keep quiet. So I assured her that I'll tell later.

After class she took me to the canteen and we sat at a corner table. Oliver didn't even ask me how I am feeling. 

I told her everything that we met at a cafe and we played all night then suddenly his cold attitude. She listened intently and then she said " We'll talk to him Kate. After school he will come to our cafe right then we'll talk" she promised and I nodded.

I took rest in dance class as my nose still paining. Everyone danced and I stared at Oliver. He didn't even look at me once, this irritated me a lot. I was so angry I might hit him if he continue like this.

I took my tablets and went to cafe for work like daily. Vicky asked me to stay in room but I wanted to talk to Oliver so I went.

We started our shift and after an hour both Rob and Oliver came in. Vicky went to them and asked something. Then she came straight to me and took me to their table.

We sat in-front of them. "What happened Oliver? Why are you acting cold towards Kate?" Vicky asked.

"I am not acting anything Vicky"  he replied coldly.

Tears started forming in my eyes. "Then why did you make me fall Oliver. Did I do something?" I asked holding my tears.

"I didn't make you fall Kate and stop acting like you are really hurt."

This hurt me in the guts. "I never acted anything now  or ever. How dare he? How can he talk like that?" I thought.

 I stood up and ran towards the rest room. After some time Vicky came in. I was crying so hard that I cannot stop sobbing. She hugged me tight and I stopped crying.

We worked sometime at the cafe and went back to our room.
