I'm not that bad

Oliver's POI:

I hated making Kate cry. The moment she fell down I wanted to help her and say sorry, so I ran to my room saying that I forgot something. One part of me wants to hurt her and another part wants to fight for her. But whenever I remember that she's a Chandler I cannot help but think  that they act every one in their family lies.

It's been a month since she and I had talked. She's not her normal self. I thought that her plans didn't work as I acted cold towards her.

"What are her plans anyway?" My conscience asked.

"Making me fall in love with her and break my heart just like her sister did to my brother. duh.." I answered.

She's not bringing me my milk shakes in the cafe. She's not even looking in my direction, I hated her, yet she acting like this irritated me so much.

"What happened?" asked Rob one evening.

"What happened! nothing dude." I replied acting normally.

"Stop acting and tell me me what happened between you and Kate?"

"Nothing except that she's acted like my friend. So I ended that fake friendship."

"Why do you think that she's acting."

"Because I know her."

"Oli, she's not acting dude. I have seen her crying so many times and Vicky even said that she's not eating well. It's been a month since you both stopped talking, stop this and face whatever it is Oliver. Don't hurt her."

"I'm not hurting her. She's the one who's hurting. Can't you see." I shouted.

"Okay, Okay we stop this topic now." and he left.

After that scene with Rob he never talked about Kate. One evening we both were hanging out in the studio then suddenly Ashley came.

"Oliver, can I talk to you?" she asked.

"Sure" I said.

"personally." she mentioned.

I walked to the corner there and she followed me " Now what's it?" I asked slightly irritated.

"Can we hang out tonight?"

"Are you asking me for sex or about dating?"

"Anything if you want to?"

"See Ash, you know that I don't want to date you right?"

"Yes, I know but you know that I like you right?"

"We are not kids anymore Ash."

"You think I liked you because of my childishness? You stupid." with that she left.

Oh I forgot to mention Ashley's my cousin and we dated for some time but I ended it. That's the reason I talk to Ashley. 

"What is it Oli?" asked Rob.

"Nothing just some silly issue. Anyways let's go to cafe I want  a coffee badly."

I stopped drinking milkshakes and started coffee since a month. As soon as I entered I saw our band mates sitting near the counter where Kate was taking their orders. Ian saw us and called us to sit with them. We went and sat as Kate was standing there, she has no other way to escape so she took our orders too and left.

After some time she brought our drinks and when she's about to leave. 

"Kate come and join us for sometime." Ian asked.

"No Ian, I can't we can't talk to customers."

"It's okay Katy I know the manager she won't mind. Come and sit."

'So, he's calling her Katy. It's only been a month she found someone else' I thought.

She sat between Ian and Rob without looking at me. She smiled whenever Ian or Rob joked. By their actions I understood that Ian and Kate got pretty close.

I was so angry after that. How can she be like that she knew that she's going to get engaged yet she's with Ian.  Without thinking I went straight to Kate and Vicky's room. I knocked twice. Vicky opened the door. 

By her expression I gathered that she's surprised "What are you doing here Oliver."

I didn't answer her. "Is Kate here?" i asked.

"Yeah she's here."

"Can you leave us alone I need to talk to her." I asked her.

"Yeah but don't hurt her." with she left asking me to call after whatever I'm going to do.

I entered their room. It was clean but there's no Kate. I thought Vicky lied and was about to leave just then she came out of shower.

She's wearing shorts and a t-shirt. She's looking beautiful and she's shocked to see me there.

"Oliver? What are you doing here?"

"Are you with Ian?" I asked.

"What?" she asked confused.

"I am asking whether you are dating Ian."

"It's none of your business. You won't talk to me for a whole month and suddenly you come and ask me whether I'm dating some one or not? What do you think about yoursel.." she's talking but I don't know what came over me. 

                        I was angry, I have to do something. Suddenly, I kissed her. She didn't respond. I stopped kissing as its clearly visible that she didn't want to kiss me. I'm hurt. But then suddenly she said " Sorry ". I was puzzled. "I um.. Don't know how to kiss. I haven't kissed anyone Oliver." she said. "What am I going to do with you, Kate" I thought, then started kissing her again. This time she responded "Well I am the teacher" I thought proudly.
