Chapter 13

Esme POV

When I left I had a plan in mind. I want to change my look. I send Jack a message, 'Hey I'm going to be out for a while. Keep training the pack and build up their stamina and keep training them. Be a good alpa and push them. I love you I'll try to get home soon. Love ya <3 Esme.'

Then I page through a magazine and look at models. When I find one she has Ariana Grande red hair and a white flower holding her long hair back and wearing a leather jacket and has black sunglasses on. (I technically explained the cover.) As the stylist calls my name I walk up and she asks "What would you like done today?" I show her the picture "This is what I'd like." "Of course," then she leads me to the first hair washing station and washes my hair.

When I'm finished I turn around and look at my appearance and approve it. "Thanks," then I walk up to the cash register and pay 135 dollars. When I'm finished I go to a jewelry store and get my belly button pierced and my left cartilage, firsts, seconds, thirds, and a stud on my nose. On my way home I drive in Jacks black Lamborghini and get Caribou Coffee. I get a hot mint condition and go. I don't want go home yet so I go shopping at Macy's, Kohls, and Jcp penny to buy new clothes.

When I finish I look at the time and it's 5:45 pm. "I should get home," then I get my new clothes and go outside. As I get outside I see stuff from the sky, snow. Then I go to my car and put the clothes in the back, then I go home.

I drive on 61 and drive at 180 mph, then 200, then, 375, then 455, then 500, I keep going until I hit the max 880. I'm surprised that the cops haven't caught me. then I turn and drive through the woods and get to the pack house in 3 minutes.

When I walk through the front door I yell "Jack I'm home!!!" "Come out back Esme," he yells back. Then I carry my ten bags around back and I see Jack still training the pack really hard. Jack looks at me and asks me, "Who are you? You don't belong to our-," then he realizes that it's me. "Esme? What the hell did you do to your self?" I don't say anything I just walk toward him and give him a kiss. Then I release to announce "You guys did fine you need to go faster tomorrow," then the pack goes inside and eats some food and pound water.

Me and Jack stay outside and talk for a bit. "Why? Why did you do this." "Babe I needed to change because, I know who's running the war." "Who?" "My father." "Adam?" "That's it. He has 2000 werewolf's and 1000 vampires." "We have 7000 more fighters than him." "Esme?" "Esme?" "Babe I'm scared. I've never done this before," then I start to cry. "shhh it's okay," then he holds me and rubs my back. "It's okay we'll get through it," then he carries me inside and lays me on the bed. "Tomorrow, we'll train hard. But now you need some rest," then he lays down with me and rubs my back to make me drift off to sleep with him holding me tightly against his chest to make me feel protected.
